We could not have been more impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Savills. The professionalism of this organisation shone from the first meeting with Andrew. Who in addition to recommending a guide price for the property, suggested aa sales strategy. There was a clear understanding of the market, the best time to start marketing, the type of buyer the property would attract. Evidence that research had been done prior to that initial meeting. We were also impressed by all other members of the Savills team that we dealt with during the sales process. The level of professionalism, efficiency and courtesy delivered by every member of staff was outstanding. The speed of response in all communications was excellent. I would strongly recommend Savills as the estate agent of choice to anyone.

21st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

Aways available and all appointments kept with viewings and surveys. great advice and guidance given on the market value and what to market the house at. Plenty of viewing and sold the house quickly on both occasions due to the first offer withdrawing at the very last minute. Special thanks to Chris Tabner for the description and photos for the property and Natalie Jenkins for always being in contact and letting us know what was happening every step of the way. Thanks to all the staff at Edward Mellor Hazel Grove. Highly recommended.

Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.

Their very professional service from start to finish was started initially with our meeting with James who gave us the confidence to allow GH to sell our property, then to Tom who got things going and then lastly a special thanks to Nicola who was very approachable, keeping us well informed throughout the process; if she didn't have the answer to hand when contacted it wasn't long until she got it. Great Service.
