21st May 2026 (23 days ago)Absolutely lovely experience had with Erin. Moving and renting is a very challenging experience and stressful, especially on move day. Erin has gone out of her way to communicate in a soft and gentle manner to calm my nerves and to accommodate my requests whenever I have had a need during my tenancy. She is very responsive and I havent had to wait for days for a response to any question or request, unlike other agencies. I am very appreciative of this and am sure she has a lot on her plate, yet still gets this right. I hope she is appreciated as the gem she is on that team and hope this goes a long way in saying "Thank you".

John was fantastic throughout the process helping with a number of issues the arose throughout the process. I'm not sure if the sale would have gone through without him. John was very professional and was great at chasing up issues throughout the chain. I would definitely use Reeds Rains in the future if needed.

We were first time buyers and Jemma and the team went above and beyond to chase our exchange and completion to avoid us paying additional rental fees. They took the time to explain confusing legal jargon and ensured we felt supported at every step of the way. They have also offered us advice on dealing with a tricky rental situation whilst buying! 13th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)Reduced it within a week of being on the market so just shows they got the valuation so wrong. Communication was very poor. Only had two viewings first I had to chase feedback. Never given feedback from the last viewing. When I gave notice I was emailed to say 3 viewings had taken place. They had not. We have changed estate agents as a result of poor service.
