11th Apr 2025 (6 days ago)This property was sold subject to contract within two days of going on the market. Communication was first class - keeping us well informed and updated with each development in the selling process. The brochure was informative and the agent was well prepared for our meeting with examples of similar properties currently for sale within the local area. We discussed and agreed a sensible sale price for the property following the visit and the process was simple and efficient. The staff were courteous and well informed. Additionally, there were options to arrange visits in my absence, key collection, house clearance as required and the appointment of a solicitor if requested. Ultimately, this agent sold the property for a fair price within two days - what more could I ask for!- 4th Mar 2025 (6 weeks ago)2nd time we've used Andrew Craig to sell property, always happy to answer and help any enquiries, market and sell turn around very quick, can't fault.
15th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I recently rented and sold a flat with bridgfords Washington and unfortunately I’ve been left very disappointed with the service provided. Bridgfords were noticeably more expensive than competitors (I.e. 40% premium on other estate agents) and the service provided when selling the flat was poor overall. When I’d call their offices I would either not be able to get through or would be promised a callback which wouldn’t materialise which was very frustrating. The sale of my flat took 10 months with no chain and it realistically shouldn’t have taken anywhere near this long. A lot of the delays were caused by unresponsiveness either by bridgfords or by their recommended solicitors (which were also unresponsive and expensive compared to competitors). This poor service was disappointing and could have largely been avoided. Without emails/calls chasing there were weeks which would pass when nothing progressed. I was advised by bridgfords to end tenancy (2 months notice) as I was under the impression that completion was imminent, after tenants moved out the flat was empty for nearly 2 months which increased unnecessary costs of owning the vacant flat. Unfortunately at this stage I wouldn’t recommend using bridgfords.

Ours ended up being a really difficult move that went on much longer than it should have, and Tracey, Leanne and the team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were supportive, proactive, patient, and they really did go above and beyond. Thank you!

Lovely, friendly local estate agents. From the moment we arranged our valuation Good Life Homes have been professional, friendly and excellent in selling our house. All communication has been prompt and all staff in the office and their negotiator have been lovely and very helpful. Also the gentleman who took our photos and valued our house also very nice and professional and had a great local knowledge and very helpful in letting us know about the market and what is best in moving forward to sell our house but also so helpful in advice for us buying. Great at setting up appointments for us for viewings, prompt at letting us know when offers came in asap and communication between us and the people viewing our house. Also great and helpful at recommending solicitors and letting us know of any properties we would like that havd came up to but. Would definitely recommend and next time we sell we will definitely use Good Life Homes and the best estate agent we have came across.

19th Nov 2024 (21 weeks ago)In my honest and truthful opinion, I had a negative experience with Bedebrooke - without naming names. I found there to be an undercurrent of rudeness within their communications, and if someone asked me if I would personally recommend them, I'd decline to do so.

I received feedback on viewings and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process of letting the property. The team are excellent and I would have no hesitation in using Ben Charles again in the future.
3rd Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)They are a very friendly,helpful team,however at times their communication was poor .I was going to remove my home off the market as it had been on for several weeks.Another agent valued it as a bit higher it in the end Hegartys did sell it for me.

29th Oct 2024 (24 weeks ago)Struggled to get anywhere with maintenance issues. Moved in July 2024 (around 5 months ago) and we still have outstanding maintenance issues to be fixed despite raising these issues through Hive’s maintenance system the first week we moved in. We have contacted multiple members of staff regarding these issues and half of them have been resolved after chasing them but the rest seems to be forgotten about. I have now gave up chasing for them to be fixed.
Jack and Claire where wonderful through out the entire process. Thank you for your help, I will highly recommend the company to anyone looking to rent. Thank you guys my new place is lovely. ??

Hilary was so proactive in chasing both solicitors and whoever needed to be. I felt completely safe knowing she was acting for us and kept us updated and was in touch throughout. She was absolutely brilliant and we could not thank her enough. Susan and the other team members when I spoke to them were also very helpful and just made us relaxed about a stressful time.
