Ashley made everything straightforward and was always quick to answer any questions, which really helped make the letting process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Bridgefords and really appreciate Ashley’s excellent service.
15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Booked a viewing on the Friday for, Saturday the next day. I rang the office 4 times with no response and nobody turned up for the viewing, so I travelled and paid for parking for no reason.
2nd Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I recently rented through Hackett Property and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Abbey was absolutely brilliant. She went above and beyond to accommodate multiple viewing requests, both in-person and video tours, making the whole process incredibly smooth and stress-free, especially given how busy life can get. The apartment was in fantastic condition when I arrived, clean, well-presented, and exactly as promised. Communication throughout was excellent, always prompt, friendly, and professional.

Carla is extremely good at her job, with advice and negotiation. I would recommend Hegarties at Houghton.

I must point our that all our experiences with this estate agent were certainly one of the best. I can confirm they were professional in every sense. Together with a sense of duty to their clients. I can recommend this estate agent without any hesitation. May I take this opportunity to wish them all the very best for the future. First, there is no way to actually speak to them on the phone — when I called, a voice message specifically stated that you cannot call them directly and I had to leave a message instead. For an estate agency, that is ridiculous.<br><br>I was visiting Ormskirk from another part of the UK and only in the area for a few hours. While driving in the area, I spotted a property I was interested in, so I made the effort to drive to their branch in person. I was met by a saleswoman from their team, who was cold and frankly snooty. Every question I asked was met with a long-winded "no" and zero useful information.<br><br>I am a seasoned property investor, part of the largest property network in the UK and Europe, and I regularly buy houses. Through their unhelpfulness and her dismissive attitude, they have lost not just my business but business from my wider network. I will not be using GR Estates again, and based on my experience I couldn't recommend them to anyone.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They have truly set a new standard for what an estate agent should be.<br>From the very first interaction, their approach struck the perfect balance between high-level professionalism and a genuinely personal touch.<br>The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and proactive. They consistently went above and beyond.
