We’ve now got our amazing house to call home and it was such a smooth move and transition due to the help we received from Hannah. Thank you so much for all your help! Highly recommend using bridgeford. Services were amazing!!
3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Please don’t waste your time contacting them. Group of my friends lost around 300 pounds and one of my friend lost 100 pounds as holding deposit. The worst part is even if you pay and do all referencing arranging documents still they WON’T give you accommodation. Personally I have viewed 5 rooms with them. Every time they make excuses after wasting our time and effort. And they never respond back. After ringing them many times they would say ‘Unfortunately it’s not available’. And for my last viewing I have send all my guarantor details and they never responded. After ringing them many times they said ‘I have to pay advance rent of 12 months, or else I won’t get the accommodation’. I mean what the heck!!! So please do not waste your time..

15th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Cons : they only checked in after 12 weeks and once when we had a possible viewing. This felt quite poor over 26 weeks. I requested some replacement photos to use alongside a price drop to create some Interest. Advisor quite abrupt and unhappy at the request . Refused/strongly advised this was not necessary even though work had been done to improve the home since original photos taken . Communication was poor with very little contact over a 26 week period. Didn’t see home marketed via Facebook or email shots . Some of the Photos weren’t the best , make sure you really check them before you approve . Pros : Service was quick and effective at point of set up. Staff were otherwise polite and pleasant to deal with . Always returned calls when I rang . Board went up quickly and photographer was quick. Some of the photos were good. House did not sell or even have a viewing within 26 weeks which is unusual in a popular area.

13th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I’ll recommend Trading Places to anyone looking out to rent or buy. My process renting was easier than I ever imagined. In few days, I got a place that’s 100% my taste. Clean and well maintained property. Big Thanks to Karen for efforts during the viewings & documentation process. Referencing was swift and easy via the Platform used. Viewing and moving in was less than 2 weeks. Shout out to Lauren for taking out time despite tight schedule for Day 1 briefing. No doubt my wife & I will have a sweet tenure in the apartment. Thanks to Trading Places.

12th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)So happy we chose Andrew Craig! Maureen and her team are second to none! They are so efficient and worked tirelessly on our behalf. Nothing was too much trouble and consistently answered emails and phone calls in the first instance. Our sale wasn’t without its hiccups and we doubt if completion would have happened without the staff here. Would not hesistate to recommend them.
