I will always use Michael and his team for Selling any properties that I own.

3rd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Please don’t waste your time contacting them. Group of my friends lost around 300 pounds and one of my friend lost 100 pounds as holding deposit. The worst part is even if you pay and do all referencing arranging documents still they WON’T give you accommodation. Personally I have viewed 5 rooms with them. Every time they make excuses after wasting our time and effort. And they never respond back. After ringing them many times they would say ‘Unfortunately it’s not available’. And for my last viewing I have send all my guarantor details and they never responded. After ringing them many times they said ‘I have to pay advance rent of 12 months, or else I won’t get the accommodation’. I mean what the heck!!! So please do not waste your time..

18th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Really poor company. Received a text letting me know they were just waiting on a key from the landlord for the apartment I was interested in viewing. I messaged the next day asking if it the property was available yet? They ignored my text for 5 days then replied saying they will have the key tomorrow for a viewing. I said ok let me know what time. They didn’t reply all day. It got to 3 o’clock the next day and still no reply. I text them and they ignored it. I call and no answer. Then receive a message asking me to state my enquiry. Such a strange company.

The property and listed within a day with the listing showing the property to a high standard. Any problems the tenants have in the property Jack is quick to come to a solution and informing myself quickly.

3rd Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I have lived in my apartment for 3 years, my ancient boiler got condemned two weeks ago along with the cooker which was here when i moved in, it took the landlord nearly a week to respond to residential estates about the issues, then i was advised by residential lettings to report the landlord to the council disrepair department which i did and i may add i have a vulnerable child in my care as well, the council got in touch straight away and chased them up, 11 days later i get contacted by the gas engineer company to tell me the date of the new boiler, still nothing about a new cooker, i have spent a small fortune on food and electricity feeding us and keeping us warm, no contact from residential estates, they tried saying at one point that I couldn’t be contacted which is a lie, my roof is leaking i cannot sleep in my bedroom as the ceiling is wet and starting to mold, the wall is soaking wet! Not heard anything about the roof either, is this acceptable? Freezing cold, no cooker, cold wet bedroom? Lack of communication, no oil heaters which was said was going to be brought to the property? At this point I expect compensation and the issues to be dealt with swiftly!
