Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.

Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

They never return my calls , & are very rude in the phone & ask you 100queations of why you would like to view a property. They left me out return calls for a few properties & after they sold lied & said they called me. I feel very uncomfortable now if I need to request a viewing .

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.- 26th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Connells Stafford have terrible communication and i can’t believe they are still in business. They promise all sorts of things to get your business and then do none of them. They will promise they will call you back, look into any issues you may have or simply ignore any emails you may send them. I had wasted 6 months selling my property with them and i can’t get that time back. If you come across Connells Stafford, run in the opposite direction and keep on running until you find a better agent who is worthy of your business.

Andrew dealt with the only viewing we had & subsequent offer & Clare worked her socks off to progress our sale, even though it wasn't always easy! Would definitely recommend ????
