4th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.

25th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I endured a yearlong nightmare of deceit and neglect renting an apartment through an agency that prioritizes profit over ethics. Their contracts are skewed, property photos deceptive, and complaint responses non-existent. Despite promises, repairs were unattended, and regaining my deposit post-lease was a struggle. I strongly recommend steering clear of this agency.

7th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)If there were 6 stars that's what I'd give this place! A really gorgeous hotel in the best location you could wish for in London. The hotel itself is cosy but not small, the rooms are really beautiful and great care has been taken to ensure they are really comfortable and clean. In addition to that the staff are absolutely lovely. We will be back!!!

2nd Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Terrible Terrible Service! This company's performance is utterly disappointing, providing a service that can only be described as a complete joke. They oversee the management of the residential block where I reside, and we've endured the absence of both hot water and heating for nearly a month, precisely during a period of freezing temperatures and incessant rain. Their attempt to address the issue involved dispatching what seemed to be inexperienced plumbers who failed to provide any viable solutions. Throughout this ordeal, I made multiple calls seeking information and a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, the individual Ivvone, who answered my calls, displayed a dismissive attitude, as if she were doing me a favor by even hearing my concerns. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I persistently requested to speak with a manager and lodged a formal complaint via email. Regrettably, my efforts were met with silence—no response or call from anyone in authority within the company. The overall experience has been a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and a blatant lack of accountability. I've decided to escalate the issue against them even further. However, I believe it's essential for others to be aware of my experience and to steer clear of them whenever possible.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done. On top of this she was a pleasure to work with and absolutely determined to get the best possible outcome for her client. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Private Realtor.
Absolutely fantastic! M2 Property are a group of professionals, who offer you a personal hands on experience and are genuinely lovely people. I highly recommend them, as I found they provided me with the best service, perhaps because they are an independent rather than one of these high street corporate brands. No follow-up, unprofessinal and rude responses when asking for repairs to be taken care of. False apologies and no real solution provided, and I am paying extra electricity as I finalllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyy sent out portable heaters after screaming that the weather was going to -4 degrees. In January.

I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
