1st Apr 2025 (29 days ago)We sold our house in Cheltenham and bought our new home here in Burnham on Sea. Most of our communication was with Louise. Louise was very helpful throughout the purchase, her knowledge of the area was 2nd to none. I woukd definitely recommend Berrymans Estate Agent and IF we moved again I woukd definitely use them to sell my property. Thank you Louise and also Jack for introducing us to our new home ???? ???? ??????????

21st Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

2nd Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.

His communication was great every step of the way, keeping us updated with regular progress reports and offering sound advice throughout. Natasha had our property on the market just 4 days after our initial contact. The process was a pleasure as communication with Natasha is nothing but admirable. E-mails, text and phone calls have been answered outside of working hours which we wouldn't expect but is a real bonus at times of stress when marketing/selling/buying. Nothing is too much trouble and we welcome the confidence Natasha has with being very honest and genuine with constructive feedback and with sharing her professional knowledge. Viewings were arranged without delay, feedback from viewings were immediate and then followed up a day or two later, we were kept updated daily and Natasha sold our house within a coupe of weeks (at a time when the market isn't as active as it has been over the last few years) and the communication has continued to be fantastic with updates on the progression of sale coming to us as soon as there are updates to give. Natasha holds a weekly update call with Solicitors to ensure the process is moving effectively and without 'stalling' We feel very supported and its a real pleasure working with Natasha who always answers her phone with a very cheerful positive tone ????. (36 reviews)14th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)I used House of Jackson removals (part of Charles Barnard estate agents) to transport all of my belongings to my new home. Communication before, during and after was excellent, and the team were lovely, which is what you need when dealing with the stress of moving house! They turned up at the time that was agreed and were fully equipped for the job. They treated all my belongings with respect, as well as taking care when manoeuvring around tight corners and up and down the stairs. They went above and beyond to help with my move, ensuring that everything was unloaded into the correct rooms and didn’t leave until I was happy that everything was where it was supposed to be. The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies. They provided a top quality service for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend House of Jackson as a removal service and will definitely be using them for all moves in the future. Thank you Luke, Marcus and Brandon!
