Daren and Max were very proactive and communicative, providing friendly feedback and reassurance at all times. Daren had strong local knowledge and provided recommendations for solicitors, cleaners, electrician and house clearance which was very helpful. Overall a very positive experience with this small independent company and highly recommended.

Feedback after the 27 viewings was made quickly and allowed me to adapt the asking price and then achieve an acceptable offer. I have no hesitation in recommending Greenslade Taylor Hunt.

30th May 2024 (8 weeks ago)Charles Dickens Estate Agents has much experience of the housing market in our locality. A relative purchased a house through them and recommended them. Their service has been good but I was a bit disappointed with the photos of our property. The photos were done very quickly. I think if the photographer had taken more time, the result would have been better.

8th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Shambles of a letting agency. Complete neglect of any issues that have occurred within the house. Disregard of any complaints, problems would rather be avoided than resolved. Only 1 working shower between 5 tenants, which leaks into the kitchen on occasion. The other bathroom cannot be used as it will leak into another housemates room. Avoid at all costs.

When we found our dream home we had absolutely exceptional support from Jayne with the Cheddar team (James and Leanne) providing additional assistance; nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was proactive in helping us get to completion. Absolutely no complaints and would definitely recommend L&W when searching for your next property. Thank you all we are very grateful.

We were really pleased with the photos and marketing, and viewings and achieved a quick sale. We were also very happy with the aftercare too, making sure the sale went through smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles Barnard again.

Natasha had our property on the market just 4 days after our initial contact. The process was a pleasure as communication with Natasha is nothing but admirable. E-mails, text and phone calls have been answered outside of working hours which we wouldn't expect but is a real bonus at times of stress when marketing/selling/buying. Nothing is too much trouble and we welcome the confidence Natasha has with being very honest and genuine with constructive feedback and with sharing her professional knowledge. Viewings were arranged without delay, feedback from viewings were immediate and then followed up a day or two later, we were kept updated daily and Natasha sold our house within a coupe of weeks (at a time when the market isn't as active as it has been over the last few years) and the communication has continued to be fantastic with updates on the progression of sale coming to us as soon as there are updates to give. Natasha holds a weekly update call with Solicitors to ensure the process is moving effectively and without 'stalling' We feel very supported and its a real pleasure working with Natasha who always answers her phone with a very cheerful positive tone ????. We have sold/bought through many agents over the years and Natasha is now our number one choice and someone we have already recommended. We then went to Charles Barnard Estate Agents and have nothing but good praise for everything the Whole Team did for us.
