20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Absolutely rubbish. Nobody answers the phone the whole day. I have been trying to speak to someone and it just keeps going to answerphone. It was the same last week as well.

We recently bought a property through them & we have been so impressed with the service provided from the initial viewing to the support they offered with the purchase. Oliver has been exceptional in terms of liaising with us & the vendor & chasing up the solicitor when required. Everyone else we dealt with in the branch was friendly & helpful too. It’s been such a positive experience & we are so happy with the house we bought! Thank you Savills Sevenoaks!

Both were very helpful and able to answer my questions about the properties and have continued with their assistance during what has been a very hectic time. 5th May 2024 (12 weeks ago)Capital Estate Agents Bromley are undoubtedly the best estate agents we've ever worked with. While we were in South Africa, my wife and I had everything sorted—work contracts, visas, finances—everything a landlord could hope for. However, as soon as estate agents heard we were moving from overseas, they would end the call. Out of 30 people we contacted, only Capital Estate Agents Bromley, specifically Ryan, took the time to speak with us. We recently had a second viewing with Derek, which was handled very professionally. They always dress impeccably and speak well-pronounced English, which is quite rare these days.

In particular I would like to mention Megan, who goes above and beyond to assist landlords to maintain their properties in good order. Thank you Megan.

29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)I know it is a tough market to sell with high rates, but the experience wasn’t great. We have been consistently pushed to lower our price, to a point it becomes really irritating. The buyers they found was not vet properly been told they already exchanged, pushed us take property off market then turn out they didn’t, and chain fell because our buyers’ buyers withdraw last minute. Wont recommend and won’t use them again.

Their rates were competitive and the service was excellent throughout. Nikki, Jill and Barbara have all been fantastic and we have no reservations in recommending them.

Millie has helped us to buy our house, she has worked very hard and kept pushing the sale when things were moving slowly. 25th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)I met Ivan 4 years ago and we kept in touch, he was the only Agent out of a bunch that I met who was completely down-to-earth and professional. When it came time to sell my property in Orpington I knew who to call. Ivan and Glenn have been a wonderfully supportive team looking after the selling of my property, clear feedback, and always keeping me in the loop. They worked tirelessly even having to hold my hand and explain how some things in the UK property market are different from house sales in NZ or Scotland. Being polite to my neighbors, and keeping me calm when I didn't understand the process. With patience and a smile, I adore these two and they got my house sold all done and dusted in 8 weeks from offer to completion and exchange. Highly recommend. I would look no further 4years ago Ivan was lovely to meet and chat too, a very clear and straight forward valuation, this guy and his team really know the area and I would be happy to sell through them, open on Sundays and anytime viewings now that's dedication.
