22nd Apr 2025 (8 weeks ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. They are a dynamic and enthusiastic company who know the local market exceptionally well. They also understand the complexities of older properties. Their commitment to their work is evident from the moment you meet them. All of the team are super efficient and are always happy to listen and offer sound advice. Andy and Emma are extremely personable and their calm, professional approach was always present and very welcome. In my view, Kingsbridge Estate Agents are second to none in the local area and I would highly recommend them.
14th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Bought our house through Bradley’s and I can’t recommend them more, it’s been such an easy process for us from start to finish and being first time buyers we had no idea but Debbie and the Paignton team have been amazing! The communication has been really good, I have never struggled to get through to any of them and even had responses out of office hours! Can’t thank them enough!

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
