22nd Apr 2025 (11 weeks ago)Recently exchanged on my Property with completion 7days from now…I only instructed Knight Frank in early January and anticipated period of the usual frustrations that go with ‘The Territory’ I was and am delighted that the stage I am at this early! Obviously you need The Property Gods to be in your Team and I feel that initially was the case however when turbulence occur as they Always do then the Professionalism of Agency is truly tested and in this regard KF we’re not found wanting! Their structure of Operation..the Personnel within that structure..Communication Skills…Proactive and Positive attitude..all in great supply when needed most.To Louise and her team at Exeter thank you..well done!!! A special thank you to Rachel Hancock out of Bristol who ‘Took on’ my House and in effect Nursed it from cradle to grave and drove forward any obstacle with great skill and determination. 13th Jun 2025 (26 days ago)FANTASTIC. I would give 10 stars if I could. Clive, Miranda and the whole team at Clive Pearce have been incredible. The help and support we received through the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home has been 10/10. They all went above and beyond to insure the process was as smooth as possible and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we spoke to on the phone/email was friendly and helpful and responded to us really quickly. Not that we plan on moving - but if we do we would definitely resell our house with Clive Pearce.

Esme and the team carried out our house sale with patience and diligence, and we were kept informed at every step. Esme was like our best friend during the process, and we can't thank her enough. If you're in the area and you're buying or selling a home, Laskowski is the obvious choice.

4th Jul 2025 (5 days ago)We recently sold our business with SBC help. Russell was very professional and friendly. The sale almost fell through and Russell kept conversations going, helping with different suggestions and injecting new energy into us as the whole process can take a while…The best selling agent i came across so far. We both bought and sold the same business via them. Would definitely recommend.

Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful way above and beyond. Our solicitors were very poor and their comms terrible, if it hadn't been for Jackie our purchase might well have fallen through. I would not hesitate to recommend Kivells to a buyer or seller. 11/10.

Ben has worked hard to ensure we’re always informed and updated - and hasn’t minded working late or out of hours to help resolve any complications. From my first call with Jenny to stepping into the office, we’ve felt welcomed and supported and from the amount of ‘thank you’ cards on display they’re clearly doing a great job! Highly recommended ????

Continually chased solicitors and were involved in driving forward the sale, liaising with the solicitors, buyer and our the agents we were buying our new property from keeping us updated about developments.

His local knowledge was excellent and his assessment of the market at the time of our sale was very accurate. We really felt that we had received really good value for our money.

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
