It was great to have such a high level of support throughout the entire process and the level of communication and guidance was exceptional. In particular (as someone who was relocating from another area following a bereavement and purchasing a listed property), it was great to work with the same person throughout the process who was mindful of the sensitivity of the move, had such good local knowledge, and could offer expert insight into the additional complexities of buying historic buildings and associated land. Thank you so much for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

I am elderly and disabled and can be challenging to show around a property. Owen was extremely polite, courteous, friendly, helpful and showed great humility. He answered all our questions and those that he did not know, he researched and followed up. He sent us a detailed email, listing all the answers to the questions we raised. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He did not rush us or make us feel that he was busy, even though I am sure he had a number of appointments. It is rare to find such an exceptional Estate Agent that is willing to go the extra mile to make customers feel valued, supported and respected. Thank you Owen

In an industry where you need to be able to relax and trust the people you are dealing with, it's so hard to get this right but they do. As first time buyers, we were totally clueless with the whole process but Aaron was always on hand to answer any queries and guide us! He was kind enough to help solve some hurdles along the road which made the whole process stress free for us! We will certainly be in touch with Aaron again when we come to sell our property to find our next home.

They were easy to work with throughout particularly since we lived 300 miles away at the time and were buying an unoccupied house. We found they were happy to accommodate things that we needed to arrange when we couldn't be there in person ourselves. We are very happy with our new home!
29th Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)Stratton have been brilliant in terms of being proactive in selling my house and also hugely supportive and understanding in what has been a difficult time. Their communication has been exemplary and I have never felt out of the loop at any point. I've been able to ring them and ask questions, pop into the office to ask them to be my witness to my legal paperwork and nothing has been too much trouble. I would highly recommend them as a team if you are looking to sell your house.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

From the first phone call Will and Mark were brilliant. They were communicative, calm, proactive and sorted out a little blip we experienced with minimal stress. They have outshone any other estate agents I’ve come across and I’d definitely recommend them.
28th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)We had a great experience with Harriette and the team at H Tiddy. We do not currently live in St Mawes so much of this was done remotely. The selection of properties on their books was excellent and the staff super helpful and always available. We had multiple visits to multiple properties, all of which were done around our travel needs. the team also helped with negotiating the best price and the best completion times. I highly recommend H Tiddy.
11th Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

11th Sep 2024 (8 days ago)Had a challenging two years with Lang Llewllwyn as a student. They appear to exist solely to benefit the landlord at the expense of student tenants. Along with general poor communication, many errors and slow responses to most problems, they deceptively tried to convince us to switch to a less favourable bills package during the energy crisis, claiming they had our best interests at heart. Following our first tenancy, they took over two months to return our deposit which, in my opinion, breached the tenancy agreement. Following our second tenancy, they attempted to claim an additional £300 on top of cleaning fees for issues that they later admitted were unfair, clearly showing a lack of accuracy in their procedures. Maintenance work was usually carried out by subpar contractors, one even ‘fixing’ a leaky and damp wall using spray paint. The team are clearly overworked as they manage hundreds of properties, leading to ineffective service. Overall we felt a severe lack of respect, if you’re a decent landlord please don’t use them.

Tenants are happy and well looked after with great support and as the property owner I am updated every step of the way. A great service and great people. Thanks again
