22nd Jun 2025 (16 days ago)Trafford and the team at Mathers provided a great service in selling a Probate property. I had a few issues with my conveyancer but Trafford liaised with both parties to keep communication flowing and overcome potential obstacles and delays. Thanks all.

12th Aug 2022 (2 years ago)Very poor communication. Had to chase through the whole process. Unable to update re seller, seemed disinterested. Avoided calls, and mostly unprofessional. To add insult to injury, presented a final bill £1000 too much. No real apology, treated my brother and myself as annoying. Seeling my father's house, very stressful, and did not help with the pain of loosing him. Would not use again. Roger did step up to the mark at the end. Did not make up for many months of poor service.
27th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)Terrible experience! Waiting to hear if we were successful in our application for a rental. They said they would be in touch within a day or 2, fast forward a week later and see on their website the property has been let. It’s cruel to keep people hanging on, it only takes an email! Very poor indeed
13th Jun 2025 (25 days ago)FANTASTIC. I would give 10 stars if I could. Clive, Miranda and the whole team at Clive Pearce have been incredible. The help and support we received through the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home has been 10/10. They all went above and beyond to insure the process was as smooth as possible and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we spoke to on the phone/email was friendly and helpful and responded to us really quickly. Not that we plan on moving - but if we do we would definitely resell our house with Clive Pearce.

Esme and the team carried out our house sale with patience and diligence, and we were kept informed at every step. Esme was like our best friend during the process, and we can't thank her enough. If you're in the area and you're buying or selling a home, Laskowski is the obvious choice.

He explained things in simple terms was very easy to reach and always responded promptly. If you’re dealing with Callum, you will be in great hands and I’m sure you will be as satisfied as we were! Very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

The sale almost fell through and Russell kept conversations going, helping with different suggestions and injecting new energy into us as the whole process can take a while…The best selling agent i came across so far. We both bought and sold the same business via them. Would definitely recommend.
21st Feb 2025 (20 weeks ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

Ben has worked hard to ensure we’re always informed and updated - and hasn’t minded working late or out of hours to help resolve any complications. From my first call with Jenny to stepping into the office, we’ve felt welcomed and supported and from the amount of ‘thank you’ cards on display they’re clearly doing a great job! Highly recommended ????
14th Aug 2024 (10 mo. ago)We rented a house from Celtic for just under a year and overall found their service to be terrible, in particular their communication. The most significant issue was regarding a serious mould issue in the house, which got progressively worse over our tenancy and was raised multiple times by us. After we explained that we had already taken their advised remedial steps to no avail, they suggested we just move out. When we did not accept this absurd solution, they briefly humoured our request to install an extractor fan in the bathroom. What instead occurred was several different contractors being sent around for price estimates, and then a complete halt of all communication from them on this issue, never to be raised again despite their knowing that the problem was only getting worse. This trend was matched in all other basic tenancy matters, such as failure to inform us about a 3 week delay to our agreed move-in date until mere days before, and only in response to us reaching out having not heard anything. Furthermore, when we gave our 1-month notice upon moving out, we simply received no reply from them. All of this is to say that we would never use Celtic Estate Agents' services again if we can help it, and do not advise anyone from renters to landlords to work with them!

Continually chased solicitors and were involved in driving forward the sale, liaising with the solicitors, buyer and our the agents we were buying our new property from keeping us updated about developments.
