After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

16th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)The girls from Manners and Harrison are amazing! Especially Kay, Claire and Hannah who were more than helpful in my property purchase. Hannah Smith in particular was the best in finding me a great mortgage deal and I've got sorted in 2 months! Yes, 2 months! Although sometimes it may seem like forever, it was actually pretty quick if you think about it. Everything went smoothly and straightforward and I totally recommend their services xx

3rd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)They were brilliant. The office staff kept me informed and liaised between me and my solicitor and made the whole experience smooth and stress free. Highly recommend for a leasehold or shared ownership sale.

Shaun Harris was very reliable and professional throughout and when unavailable the rest of the team were very helpful and also professional. Communication was seamless and responded to all our enquiries quickly. The whole team made selling our home an easy stressless experience. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. An outstanding service is always given and I’ve had two mortgages from these and they have always provided me with the best help and service along the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my mortgage quotes 10/10

18th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)We have sold STC through Michael Poole and they have been great - Chris came to do our valuation - he was thorough, friendly and far from pushy! Helen is our Sales Progression contact and she has been so helpful to the extent she even contacted solicitors of our purchase to hurry them along a little given we are facing delays there, unfortunately we aren’t getting this service without pushing for it from the other “estate agent” - some of the team in the Eston branch also offered to look over our paperwork with us - we just wish we had bought through Michael Poole too!!

31st Jul 2024 (6 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Lies & false deadlines regarding receiving my deposit back have continued for weeks. Feels like the business is more proactive when it comes to keeping the landlord(s) happy, than assisting tenants to receive what is legally their own funds. Whole heartedly would not recommend Horzions Lettings & Sales for anyone looking to rent, cannot comment on the Sales side of the business. However, if it is anything like the utter shambles of the Rental side, I would strongly advise to avoid.
