14th Mar 2025 (17 weeks ago)I am certain that Tim Gover and his team got the best price for us for our cottage in Swaledale - and we agreed the sale within two or three weeks of first advertising. Their sales and marketing strategy really worked for us. They took excellent pictures, made a lovely brochure, advertised widely, and were very efficient with the viewings that took place despite the challenging approach to the property and time of year (winter). They kept me informed of all viewings, and all of their staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable whenever I called the office. I appreciated that the person conducting the viewings was willing to help me turn on the heating when the LPG gas ran out, as I live a couple of hundred miles away. There were quite a few snags along the way to completion, but this was not their fault, and they gave us good advice. They recommended/organised decent local contractors such as tree surgeons and drainage companies. They were prompt in dealing with emails and requests from our solicitor and always took my concerns as a vendor seriously. Tim himself has a great manner, and is very reassuring to chat with. Ours was not a particularly expensive property and yet I felt we got a great level of service. The only negative, not worth losing a whole star over were that the decription of the property for the advertising was not as thorough as I would have liked - and I ended up rewriting it - but that has happened with every estate agent I have dealt with this year (selling three properties with three different agents) so maybe more to do with me than them! Huge thanks to Tim and all the team for getting the best price for our property in an efficient process!
11th Mar 2025 (18 weeks ago)Recently purchased a property which Robbin Jessop (Bedale) were acting as agent for the seller. I found the process of dealing with the team very easy (arranging viewings, making an offer etc). We found ourselves in tricky circumstances when our chain collapsed when the buyer for our property pulled out, during this process we kept in regular contact with open conversation and they kept us informed of their clients expectations etc, which was instrumental in managing expectations until the chain was completed again and we could complete. Many thanks for your support in this process.

She went over and above expectations in order to keep the sales progression on track through many hiccups. She explained everything clearly and regularly updated me throughout the process. Fantastic Service.
31st Jan 2024 (1 year ago)What can I say, Parker Stag, Martin and his team are amazing. After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx

18th Mar 2025 (17 weeks ago)If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I wish I had read the previous reviews before agreeing a tenancy with them. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were absolutely lovely whilst signing the tenancy agreement with them, however it didn't take long for the problems and change in behaviour. 0 communication, often ignored when requesting repairs. Property had a huge mold problem which was identified within a month living there, bathroom window did not open, and was often screamed at when contacting them. Everyone I have spoken with at Drummonds has been arrogant and aggressive to deal with. Avoid at all costs, would never rent a property with this company again no matter how desperate I was for a property.
11th Feb 2025 (22 weeks ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

She gave insightful tips even before we viewed the property. Nothing was a hassle and she really helped push the process along with the solicitors and other party. Should I ever wish to sell, I will be going to Stacy at Clarke Munro. I have used various agents in Billingham as a tenant and my house purchase has been the smoothest experience with Stacy out of all of them.
24th May 2025 (7 weeks ago)The house sale in Redcar with Selectiv was fantastic from the very first phone call to the last Everyone we either met, or spoke to was so helpful and friendly and very professional. We were kept up to date either relating to viewings, feedback, and later the sale of the house. Both myself and my wife have sold numerous properties over the years with different agencies but Selectiv have been by far the best. I will certainly recommend to friends. Thankyou.
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

25th Jun 2025 (17 days ago)I dealt with Debbie at MP in Redcar. I found my experience to be excellent. Debbie was approachable, polite and always returned my calls regardless of how busy she was. I feel that Debbie went over and above her role. Its not often we get this kind of service these days. I would give Debbie more stars if possible and my rental property was all sorted in just over a week. Meeting Debbie in person was also a pleasure. I would not hesitate to contact Debbie in the future if needed.
10th Jun 2025 (5 weeks ago)I recently bought a lovely local house and the vendors used Hope and Braim to market it. Emma at Hope and Braim was so welcoming and the service was excellent. I was moving from outside the area and I asked for the viewing at very short notice but this was arranged without a problem. I was very happy with the service I received throughout the process and with my new home so big thanks to Emma! At present a relative is using Hope and Braim to market their local property and it’s currently progressing to a successful sale.

7th Jul 2025 (5 days ago)Very unprofessional. Arranged a valuation on Friday for the following Monday but nobody turned up. When I rang to ask where the Valuer was I was told they had been double booked so would not be attending. Young girl I spoke to was lovely and offered another slot on another day which I declined. 10 minutes later I got a call from "Andy", the office manager. Still don't know why he rang, other than to tell me it was my fault because I had missed a call to cancel the valuation on the same day that I had booked it!

Paul went above and beyond throughout and was just so more than an estate agent, always on hand for advice guidance and sometimes even reassurance. Our sale was difficult and the conveyancing process took its toll but Paul kept us on track informed and supported throughout. They do things differently at EweMove and trust me when I say you pay for what you get and some. I would not hesitate to recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Paul
