11th Mar 2025 (10 mo. ago)Recently purchased a property which Robbin Jessop (Bedale) were acting as agent for the seller. I found the process of dealing with the team very easy (arranging viewings, making an offer etc). We found ourselves in tricky circumstances when our chain collapsed when the buyer for our property pulled out, during this process we kept in regular contact with open conversation and they kept us informed of their clients expectations etc, which was instrumental in managing expectations until the chain was completed again and we could complete. Many thanks for your support in this process.

30th Dec 2025 (18 days ago)Unacceptable handling of my property viewing and lack of communication I have contacted Manners & Harrison at the beginning of December 2025 regarding property viewing at Middlesbrough. An appointment was arranged for 20/12, and I was assured that the time slot would be confirmed closer to the date. After calling again a few days before the appointment, I was told the booking was confirmed and that I would receive the time by text. On 19/12, I received a text confirming the viewing time as 1:30 pm on 20/12. Based on this confirmation, I travelled approximately 275 miles (a journey of over 5.5 hours) from South Wales to Middlesbrough. Upon arriving in Middlesbrough—around one hour before the scheduled viewing—I received a call from your agent informing me that the viewing could not take place because the landlord had refused access on the day. I was told the appointment could be rescheduled in January. This situation is completely unacceptable. If the landlord changed their mind, it was the agency’s responsibility to inform me well in advance—not at the last minute after I had already travelled such a long distance and incurred significant costs. I even explained that I was already in Middlesbrough and requested a rescheduled viewing on the following Monday so I could avoid making another long journey. This request was declined, and I was instead offered a new date of 14/01, which was not reasonable under the circumstances. An apology alone does not compensate for the time, expense, and inconvenience caused by this failure in communication and service

11th Feb 2025 (11 mo. ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

25th Jul 2018 (7 years ago)Honestly, if I could lower the stars any further, I would. These guys are absolutely terrible. They threatened my tenants with harassment, told me the property wasn’t damaged when it was (they hadn’t been to see it). They then tried to rent it damaged (severely) for four months before they rented it. The new tenants then informed me durectly about the damage and I had to get it fixed. they then ripped me off upon exit of contract due to their breach Every tenant I had complained about their service and poor communication. It took a month to find out the tenants were having issues at some points. Do not go with these guys as you just get ripped off, lose rental return and end up managing it yourself regardless. I have since had to take them to court for the losses.

15th Jan 2026 (2 days ago)My wife and I entrusted PH Estate Agents with our property, and the experience was completely unacceptable. Over nearly two years, they withheld rent without explanation, ignored repeated requests for itemised accounts, and disregarded our lawful instructions. They misrepresented our legal rights, advised tenants in ways detrimental to us, and commissioned reports without our consent despite valid existing documents. The Property Redress Scheme Ombudsman confirmed serious failings, finding unjustified fees, breaches of professional duty, and financial detriment. A bad agent is far worse than a bad tenant, and PH Estate Agents proved this repeatedly. Their lettings department is reckless, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. Any landlord who values their property or peace of mind should avoid them entirely.
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

28th Jun 2025 (6 mo. ago)Very mixed bag with Tom. He was very pleasant and helpful when he was signing me up for a tenancy, which I paid in full, but the after care was quite poor. Pre-agreed terms were not met until I pushed for them to be met, and coming towards the end of the tenancy, he seems to be attempting to label enforcement of legally binding terms as "aggressive and childish" and called me a "knob". Definitely a buyer beware situation.

They were amazing from start to finish, always there to answer any questions no matter how small, and kept us updated throughout the whole process. They really listened to what we were looking for and found us our perfect new home. The whole experience felt smooth and well supported, which made such a stressful time so much easier. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
22nd Dec 2025 (26 days ago)Terrible service on everything. Poor to little communication and response when it comes to things breaking down or emergencies. If something breaks down in any of their units, don't expect a quick or prompt maintenance coming. They don't have any emergency numbers in case something happens over weekends. They will leave you for the weekend without essentials. They will also tell you to fix problems on your own because they can't do something, which when it breaks further, they suddenly find themselves with the ability to do what's needed. You will have to have everyone in the letting complain until they do the bare minimum to fulfill their end of the contracts. In conclusion, DO NOT sign with Progression Property for any Letting especially Student Accommodations; One girl I know was left for a week or more with no internet! It doesn't help you'll likely get a different agent each time you call so there's no consistency in the ability they have to help.

10th Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings! But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys. Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees. Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents! Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!
