18th Mar 2025 (16 weeks ago)If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I wish I had read the previous reviews before agreeing a tenancy with them. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were absolutely lovely whilst signing the tenancy agreement with them, however it didn't take long for the problems and change in behaviour. 0 communication, often ignored when requesting repairs. Property had a huge mold problem which was identified within a month living there, bathroom window did not open, and was often screamed at when contacting them. Everyone I have spoken with at Drummonds has been arrogant and aggressive to deal with. Avoid at all costs, would never rent a property with this company again no matter how desperate I was for a property.
13th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)We have rented a property through these , they are very good and would highly recommend them to anyone , tip top. We had a few problems with our rental and they got it sorted asap
11th Feb 2025 (21 weeks ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

She was amazing from start to finish, from providing details of properties which matched what we were looking for to assisting in the eventual sales progression as well. 6th Jul 2025 (2 days ago)Since changing agent to Rutter Green, it has been a lot more of a personal experience. Lisa and Alison update me on a regular basis. They have focussed on getting the right buyer for my property instead of arranging window shoppers to get the statistics up. That has resulted in quality viewings and serious offers. I am a very happy customer.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

29th Jan 2025 (23 weeks ago)I'm very much excited living in this property because i have seen the difference between between the previous house i was living before i relocate to this my property box @ Ts269AF 3 Penrhyn Street Hartlepool. Very special thanks to Ryan Hamlet and the management team as they always respond to any complain i make regarding about the kitchen cooking gas and cleaning of the kitchen. I'm happy living in this house and i will like to extend my contract anytime it expires.

Paul went above and beyond throughout and was just so more than an estate agent, always on hand for advice guidance and sometimes even reassurance. Our sale was difficult and the conveyancing process took its toll but Paul kept us on track informed and supported throughout. They do things differently at EweMove and trust me when I say you pay for what you get and some. I would not hesitate to recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Paul
