9th Nov 2024 (24 weeks ago)From them telling us we would sell within weeks took a year communication was bad always said will ring you but never did you had to phone them then to be speaking on the phone and they hadn't put phone down to be talking about you not professional at all sold in the end but wouldn't use again

18th Mar 2025 (5 weeks ago)If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I wish I had read the previous reviews before agreeing a tenancy with them. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were absolutely lovely whilst signing the tenancy agreement with them, however it didn't take long for the problems and change in behaviour. 0 communication, often ignored when requesting repairs. Property had a huge mold problem which was identified within a month living there, bathroom window did not open, and was often screamed at when contacting them. Everyone I have spoken with at Drummonds has been arrogant and aggressive to deal with. Avoid at all costs, would never rent a property with this company again no matter how desperate I was for a property.

11th Feb 2025 (10 weeks ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

Their friendly and knowledgeable team provide excellent advice and you can expect the best deal on your interest rate. Their vast knowledge simplifies the trickier bits of the process and they break down problems with ease. You can expect the highest level of customer service throughout. Highly recommended!

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

29th Jan 2025 (12 weeks ago)I'm very much excited living in this property because i have seen the difference between between the previous house i was living before i relocate to this my property box @ Ts269AF 3 Penrhyn Street Hartlepool. Very special thanks to Ryan Hamlet and the management team as they always respond to any complain i make regarding about the kitchen cooking gas and cleaning of the kitchen. I'm happy living in this house and i will like to extend my contract anytime it expires.

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
