14th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)My father unfortunatley died recentley so we returned the keys after inspection to Bridgefords. That was seven weeks ago and despite many calls and messages they have not reurned the bond and nobody seems to know what is happening. Id give no stars if possable.
17th Sep 2023 (10 mo. ago)Very proffessional team. I was selling for a elderly family member and felt comfortable and safe with all members of staff. The valuer was honest and gave tip's on how to present the property to highlight it's best features. All communitcation was clear and accurate right through to completion.... and we recieved a very good offer very early in the process. The sale went very smoothly from beging to end

Whether it be over the telephone or in person nothing has been too much trouble. Charlotte was the main person we have been dealing with and we found her to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional at all times. We would highly recommend Castledene to anyone considering buying or selling a property.

26th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)Despite the property being very unique the valuation was based on as much well researched information as they could manage. Marketing was done well with excellent photos and a photographic 3d walk around. They also managed to arrange marketing in the local paper. Helped negotiate a good selling price higher than the asking price. Property has been sold within 5 weeks of marketing. Friendly and informative staff. Despite speaking to different staff the computer notes were well done meaning we were always well informed. 27th Mar 2024 (17 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
20th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.

I really recommend them for anyone looking for letting or buying his new house. Alan and Janet are the best !
