23rd May 2024 (11 mo. ago)Bit strange, as my sister applied for a rental property and I was to be the guarantor they denied my application even though my payslips were valid? Stating I earn half the salary I put down? They advised me that home let denied my application but they were Lieing as home let has written it in email stating the above. MILLIE I think her name is the, she has been dealing with me on two occasions and for some reason both applications have been denied and then compulsively Lieing to me and my family. To be honest she’s bad reputation to the company. She doesn’t even know left from right let alone a guarantor. Would not recommend this company at all I don’t know if it’s racial profiling but to be honest it feels like that. Would advise people to stay away!

9th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)From them telling us we would sell within weeks took a year communication was bad always said will ring you but never did you had to phone them then to be speaking on the phone and they hadn't put phone down to be talking about you not professional at all sold in the end but wouldn't use again

8th May 2025 (14 days ago)Cannot recommend Chris Hind highly enough. We had Chris deal with our property as a letting agent and then in selling it for us. He was a breath of fresh air and nothing was too difficult especially as we hit a few problems with the property along the way. Chris was there to guide and support and more than once went over and beyond what we expected. He offers a wonderful touch of professionalism mixed with friendliness. This is by far the best experience we have ever had from an estate agent. So if you are looking for an agent to sell your property or let and manage your property then Next2Move is the place to go. First class service from a first class agent.

18th Mar 2025 (9 weeks ago)If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I wish I had read the previous reviews before agreeing a tenancy with them. Quite possibly the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They were absolutely lovely whilst signing the tenancy agreement with them, however it didn't take long for the problems and change in behaviour. 0 communication, often ignored when requesting repairs. Property had a huge mold problem which was identified within a month living there, bathroom window did not open, and was often screamed at when contacting them. Everyone I have spoken with at Drummonds has been arrogant and aggressive to deal with. Avoid at all costs, would never rent a property with this company again no matter how desperate I was for a property.

All of the viewing have been done, the offers collated and we have received email and telephone communication throughout the process. We are pleased we chose Reeds Rains, Durham.

9th May 2025 (13 days ago)Approached House Sales Direct as I was struggling to sell my house (3 bed Semi) with my local estate agent. I received a valuation the same day and signed up. My property was sold within a month! How my existing agent couldn't do this but House Sales Direct could I don't know. Least to say I was over the moon.
