They kept me fully informed throughout the process, always responded quickly to any questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. Their knowledge and friendly attitude really stood out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
30th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Signed for a no fee deal including legal fees. Paid £200 up front. The buyer of my property dragged on for months resulting in me losing my house purchase. Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.

2nd Jan 2026 (13 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Very professional, knowledgable and always responsive from start to finish on our sale, but the standout for me has been the quality of the communication. I’ve been kept informed every step of the way which has most definitely taken a lot of the stress out of it for us. Highly recommended.
14th Oct 2025 (24 weeks ago)A few little hiccups with turn over of staff. The staff was helpful and their preferred method of communication seemed to be email as the phone was red hot. Overall they did the job and I completed. No complaints from me.
3rd Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Since this company has been taken over in 2024 it has lost its professionalism and customer service. The previous team of Brian & Neil were excellent but now the staff won't return calls or emails and still owe me £150 since last Dec which they promised to pay but never have. Very poor.
16th May 2023 (2 years ago)I was impressed with the updates I had and the choices I was given. Because the property had a number of enquiries an open house was organised which I thought was an excellent idea.
