This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. I'm really lucky to have this landlord who used Parkgate Estate 's services. Strongly vote Parkgate Estate is NO. 1 the best of the best in UK.

4th May 2022 (1 year ago)A highly professional team that continually exceeded our expectations. We recently sold our property through Hamptons in Twickenham, achieving completion within 7 weeks of the first viewing. At every stage, they were exceptional. The team found and selected a number of serious viewers for our property and condensed the viewings into a few days to minimise the disruption to our family. They thoroughly vetted each offer and helped us to decide on the best buyer for us, then proactively managed the process right through to completion. The service was faultless and I would highly recommend Hamptons Twickenham to any seller, or indeed buyer.
23rd Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Absolutely awful! They put my children and myself under a lot of stress and stole our property, without warning or explanation and we never got the items back. They like to bully tenants and bribe them with telling them to take down reviews or they won’t give back property they have stolen. I am so glad I moved and now have nothing to do with this awful company!

25th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)When are you going to refund the deposit? Your staff told us that the deposit should be refunded last month. Never trust this company! Everyone should totally avoid this company. Update: David is so rude, you asked us to stop emailing you. We have to post here to get your response. You charged us almost £700 cleaning service fee to 1 little bedroom flat. Come on, you and landlord sharply increase rental rates and required to renovate the old bathroom when we were living there, you caused most problems. We rather donate £700 to charities and won’t pay even 1 penny to you! Please stop making up stories, just refund our deposit, we don’t even want to see your name again…

From the initial, straight-forward and honest first meeting and valuation, through to completion, it was a pleasure dealing with Russell, David and the team. Cantell are an independent estate agents that know the Richmond market well and provide honest advice. We would happily recommend and use Cantell again if we need to in the future.

3rd Nov 2023 (5 mo. ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.

12th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)1 star is too much for this establishment, the worst estate agent known to man, I would not trust them at all, kept over 50% of out deposit for a small stain on the carpet, and charged us for a professional cleaning service at the end of the tenancy, when it was never cleaned when we first moved in, I got the entire flat pained before moving out but charges as for marks on the wall. They will invade your privacy with unannounced property visits and use the set of key they hold to gain entry. Very very bad communication. I would head for the hills if I came across them again Good luck and stay away

1st Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout. He even offered to take cuttings from a bush in the garden, and turned up on moving day to help where he could! Recommended unreservedly - thanks, Ammar!
18th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)We lived in an apartment managed by Madison Brook, and even though the entire tenancy was a nightmare, Edward was the only agent who helped us throughout the entire year. We were supposed to drop our keys at one of their offices; however, we couldn't because they were very far away, and we had to work. In the end, Edward managed to come and get the keys on a Saturday, even though he was not our agent. He is the only person I can recommend at MB! Very polite, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for a client. Well done, and thank you for your help!
