I 100% recommend him as TBH selling a flat can be really tricky, he navigated the sale and it's "Difficult" bits like a true pro!! He managed to negotiate me a higher than expected sale price and I'm so grateful for his work! Also it felt throughout I was in safe hands, which is REALLY important! Thanks David! Alex :) IF you are selling a house or flat I can't recommend enough!!

Anissa was very kind and helpful with our questions about the property and in liaising with the seller. We found this especially pleasant as we had previously dealt with many home agents who were less than honest and unresponsive with even basic enquiries. Anissa genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and agreeable for all parties which helped ease the stress out of everything. We highly recommend Cantell and co.

They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. 3rd Nov 2023 (11 mo. ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.

They helped us with devising a strategy for selling our property and in doing so we achieved a great price for the house, which sold on the first day of viewings. Being their own business, they care about their customers. Something I haven’t found with bigger agents. They certainly paid for their own fee by going the extra mile. I wouldn’t hestitate to use the team again to sell my next house, and I can thoroughly recommend them.
