20th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)When you manage to speak to them they are nice but it is very rare you get hold of them.....after for one week been told that I would be contacted and I have to chase them all the time I can only say that this would not be my preferred Estate Agents to do business with.

4th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We had a first class experience selling our house with Knight Frank. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

16th Oct 2024 (7 days ago)A really good team!! Found a full asking price offer within 1.5 weeks of going onto market. Buyers unfortunately pulled out and so the team had to start all over again and keep doggedly working to find another buyer. This took a few weeks but they have found another buyer with a very good offer, so overall we are very happy. Only thing they might be able improve on is giving feedback for all viewings but I suppose this is down to the viewer rather than the estate agent.
11th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible estate agents. Been complaining about the state of disrepair of the flats and communal gardens for 6 months. It’s with the council now They are quick to move you in and take your money but don’t respond or fix anything.
18th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Your Move Whitton have a great team on hand to support both purchase and sale in the greater Whitton area. We bought and sold through them over a 12 year period and their service remained efficient yet friendly on both occasions. Calls and queries and and fielded quickly and the team is very responsive and helpful in clarifying and grey areas. The team is also very good at mediating between buyer and seller making the process as smooth as possible. Their marketing and 3D tour are efficiently carried out at a reasonable price. I would recommend Your Move Whitton without hesitation for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
6th Sep 2024 (7 weeks ago)If you decide to get property true Stirling Ackroyd ,most likely when’s your tenancy is going to end .you have to forget about your deposit the agency will be in landlord side there’s no justice. Hope in the future the owner off the Twickenham branch do something about the justice between the landlord and the tenants.- 26th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)As far as this branch lettings management is concerned that is overseen by Honor C. - I rate their service 10 out of 10.

They provided clear advice, managed the process well, and ensured every detail was taken care of. We always felt confident knowing our sale was in capable hands.

20th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Really disappointed with with John D wood's managment. They were amazing when initially renting a property but on moving out this seems to have really changed. Firstly out deposit was not returned for weeks, we recieved emails threatening overdue rent even after leaving and despite a stellar post-move inventory checks, they initially emailed my partner and I emails saying that deductions would be made - and then once I called to see what this is regarding they said that they had made a mistakes and actually it was all fine - to then still not return the deposit for over a week. Multiple calls and undue stress for no reason. Seems to be very a different calibre of staff dealing with getting you into a property vs leaving.

Multiple emails from the team to ensure everything is running smoothly with email reminders sent to all parties including solicitors to make sure everything is on track. Highly recommended.
18th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
19th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)JUST NO!!! Absolutely shocking organisation. They failed to give a permit parking to a resident and refused to explain why this was not issued when every other resident was recent issued one. On confirmation and questions I asked Neil, one of the owners, claimed to not know anything. Or the procedures. Questions were asked to confirm when refunds/ payments would be made but he avoided questions and instead accused me of being problematic. This is a tiny example of how this company fails to be compliant, supportive out of numerous incidences that have taken place over the years. They have no accountability, complete avoidance of responsibility. Do not come here, as they are hugely prejudicial and terrible at their jobs.

7th Oct 2024 (16 days ago)I worked with Sam and her business Village Properties in renting an apartment in Barnes. This was by far the best experience I have ever had from such a process. Was very refreshing to see that there was none of the impersonal and transactional behaviours I have previously experienced from other scale Estate Agents. On top of being lovely, Sam was incredibly efficient (viewing to contract within 10 days), responsive (never had to wait for a reply for more than a few minutes), transparent and helpful all the way through. Thank you Village Properties!

The team were very helpful and knowledgable of our needs and wants and presented us only with the most appropriate properties for our family. Once we found our perfect property, which didn’t take long, the process was seamless, we were kept informed and received assistance with anything needed. By far the best lettings team in the area. 11th Oct 2024 (12 days ago)Liam and his team have been great with my sale. Out of all the estate agents I reviewed he was the most personable and honest. My sale has been difficult with various sales falling through for different reasons but Liam has managed to secure a buyer quickly without applying pressure on me to drop my price each time. I also had to pull out of a chain sale twice, and the first time Rob was amazing at keeping me calm and buying me time to decide what I wanted to do. Great people skills. The sales progression team agent Sarah has been amazing. I’m now at the stage where exchange has happened and it’s a few days from completion and I’m very grateful for their help. I don’t think I could have done this without her and Liam’s support and chasing. Even with our new purchase Liam responded instantly and helped with making sure we could prove our sale had gone through. Something which he didn’t have to do as quickly as he did as it doesn’t benefit him. Thank you again I would use Laurels again!
