His professionallism and communication to all parties was key to getting the ball rolling and things moving quickly. He single handedly project managed the sale, which was on a chain, liaising with client, buyer (us), both solicitors, buyer estate agents and all parties involved, making sure evertrhing was progressing well. His communication and follow up was fantastic, keeping everyone in the loop and on the same page. Very impressed with Hamptons, and specifically Rory Clarke in managing the sale process in Richmond.

From start to finish they were very professional, extremely helpful and always available to discuss any queries I might have. Sophie and subsequently Jordanna went above and beyond to ensure my purchase did not fall through, amid issues with the chain and several unexpected delays. Their services cannot be recommended highly enough. Thank you!
16th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Fantastic service! Put it on the market on Monday, had tenant by Wednesday - I honestly don't think it is possible to have had a better service. I chose Chase B because they were close to the property, but also because of the kindness they showed towards me. I wasn't hassled, I felt heard, they worked at breakneck speed to find the right tenant, the best price and I honestly am slightly godsmacked at how brilliant they have been. Thank you so much Lianne and Joel. Just exceptional service.

18th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)Your Move Whitton have a great team on hand to support both purchase and sale in the greater Whitton area. We bought and sold through them over a 12 year period and their service remained efficient yet friendly on both occasions. Calls and queries and and fielded quickly and the team is very responsive and helpful in clarifying and grey areas. The team is also very good at mediating between buyer and seller making the process as smooth as possible. Their marketing and 3D tour are efficiently carried out at a reasonable price. I would recommend Your Move Whitton without hesitation for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

5th Sep 2024 (11 days ago)Gregory Brown were very professional, polite and helpful and property visits were arranged immediately after marketing and the valuation was spot on. The eventual buyer made an acceptable offer within a short time and the progress of the sale was communicated effectively at every stage through phone conversations, visits and emails.

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
9th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Anthony is a dishonest man. His team, including Lucy Neil, have been awful to deal with. They scam tenants and never fix any issues or escalate them to the landlord. Very dishonest bunch who should be avoided.

4th Sep 2024 (12 days ago)I cannot recommend Village Properties highly enough. After lacklustre engagements with the more traditional agencies Sam was a breath of fresh air. She took a genuine interest in our property and the brochure she produced reflected the points we felt were important. The viewing process was as painless as possible and Sam made great relationships with the potential buyers. Her communication with us was excellent and timely. During a protracted period of negotiations following an offer close to the asking price Sam was relentless in chasing up all parties involved. I really felt confident that she was as invested in the process as we were and felt confident in her experience to get the deal done. It is the human touch that makes this agency so different to the competition.
