12th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.

I call back to see what’s happening only to find out he has gone on a holiday joke of a team no experience waste of time.

1st May 2023 (1 year ago)Robinson Marsh initially proposed £748 of deposit deductions two months after we moved out after loads of chasing. We had to go through deposits protection scheme ‘MyDeposits’ who had 2 star reviews for always siding with agencies. Even with the biased protection scheme they lowered the deductions to £295 (saving us £453) despite not reviewing 90% of our evidence properly. They solely used the check-out inventory as evidence despite our entire argument being we submitted extra photos of stained carpets & other damages at check in which never got included. The agency deliberately used a different check-out company to the one who did the check-in and so when they did their check-out report they had none of our additional photos & check-in evidence.) Other problems included: - Agency illegally trying to kick us out with one month notice despite the contract saying two months had to be given. They eventually backtracked on this. - Agency not fixing any of the problems we asked them to fix in at check-in including blocked drains which they then went on to try and charge us for at check-out despite us putting up with one working sink all year. - Zero communication once moving out. Ignoring hundreds of calls and emails asking about our deposit. - Illegally the agency never actually put our deposit in the protection scheme and had to transfer them the money only post us moving out with lots of chasing.- 1st May 2024 (11 days ago)Still in the early stages but so far I can confirm they found a buyer quickly and the sale is progressing.
2nd Sep 2021 (2 years ago)Marie went more than the extra mile in ensuring a successful sale. Despite many twists and turns before the sale was complete she met every challenge professionally and rapidly. Couldn't have asked more or got better anywhere else.
14th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)We paid 6 months in advance - at a premium price - for a luxury apartment. Upon arrival, we found severe water damage and mould in the apartment - as confirmed by third-party mould inspector. Evidence suggests they knew about the water damage months ago and neglected to fix it or tell us about it before we signed the lease. We never moved in - and were left scrambling to find something else (we live abroad and were coming for 6 months). They fixed the leak but refuse to adequately remove the mould, and don’t want to return our rent… even though mold inspection report says the place is hazardous to health! So now we’ve had to hire a lawyer and will likely have to take them to court. It’s a nightmare. The agents are negligent at best and deceptive at worst.

15th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Lyon LACKS the professionalism, communication, timeliness and responsibility towards its clients. As a buyer, i was left hanging and disappointed and if I were a seller, I doubt I would list my property with this irresponsible company. 20th Mar - I called to enquire on a 2 Bedroom flat posted on Zoopla. Call answered promptly by Gaurav Sekri and viewing appointment was made for the 22nd Mar 12:15PM with Rahool Sekri. 22nd Mar - I arrived promptly for the viewing and was made to wait for close to 30 minutes. Rahool lacked professionalism and was not apologetic at all for arriving late – there was neither a text/email to say that he was delayed. 23rd Mar - I put the offer for the flat via email. No reply or acknowledgement 25th Mar - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Rahool replied with a confirmation. 28th Mar - I sent an email to check on the update on my offer. Rahool replied for me to call which i did. I was told that he would provide an update on 5th Apr. The expectation from Rahool was for me to share if had found something and my expectation was the same for Lyon to share an update on my offer. 5th Apr - As there was no email/call from Rahool, i called Rahool hoping to get an update. My call was rejected and i received a text message that he will give me a call back. No call back received. 8th Apr - I sent an email for a follow up on the offer. Till date, I have not received any reply. I have concluded that my offer was potentially rejected by the seller however there should have been some form of communication from Lyon. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to leave clients hanging. They have lost a potential client and if i were you, i would not use Lyon! Stay away!
5th Oct 2023 (7 mo. ago)Had the worst nightmare of my life when they gave me an apartment absolutely infested with Bedbugs….. I asked for immediate return of my deposit and it took them more than 2 months to do it ONLY after the local council intervened.. Made me homeless and had the audacity to question me for complaining.. Absolutely incompetent. Please avoid at all costs.

10th Jul 2020 (3 years ago)My impression on London real estate property agents changed a lot thanks to this agency. Most of the London agencies are so busy and not too patient with the people who do not have lots of budget to make decision- this was what i thought before i met Liv international people. Anastasia was super friendly and nice lady that I wish I could even be friend with. Even if I had so many requirements with tight budget looking for a one bed room flat in St. john's wood area, (I assume there are lots of high profile clients with big budget as I felt from the attitude of other agencies that I had viewings before), she and her team was very friendly and patient trying to find me the place to call home. I very much appreciate their effort and kindness. Wishing Anastasia and her friendly team all the best luck during this difficult time! thank you :)

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
