Ashley was not just an agent but a partner who identified the best suited property for us. He was on the ball from the getgo and kept us informed of important milestones throughout the transaction. Chuck also took crucial steps in time to mediate and ensure both parties needs were met in equal measure. We truly felt as though this was our dream team. So for anyone looking at a seamless partnership for one of the most important investment decisions to take in one's life, look no further than Foxtons.

Alessandro was really helpful, kind and professional and very responsive to all the queries I had prior to moving in. The whole process was quick and painless, and the requests I made on the offer form were dealt with by the time I moved in. Overall, I would recommend the agency and Alessandro to anyone looking to rent!

21st Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Review relates to property management and their dubious billing / service charge practice. Willmott's charged almost 3 times more for building insurance - when I asked they conveniently mention its the best price their broker managed to find yet i was able to get a like for like policy on open market for £11k less. Standard cleaning charges ~ £50 per hour, bogus charges eg removal of fire extinguishers that had already been removed a year before, £130 for placing no smoking sign, sending out contractors for a job that was not done properly in the first instances and then charging residents multiple times in the space of a year for the same job... an incompetent staff that changes the colour of your own front door without even asking for your consent presumably to drive up invoicing/extra management fees ... the list goes on. Strongly urge anyone that has Willmott's as their managing agents to look closely at your itemised service charge bills to avoid being over charged

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful. After quite a few viewings we accepted a cash asking price offer on the Tuesday, less than a week after meeting the team for the first time. Massive thanks to Harry for pushing through a 2 week exchange! Will use the guys again and would definitely recommend. Big thanks to Will, Charlie and most of all Harry P.

He was straightforward and fairly represented both sides without favouring either which built a lot of trust. A different world of experience to any other agent we came across during our buying process. We could not recommend more highly.
