There may be such a system for renting apartments throughout London, but agents from greenstone take an advance payment, and you hope that you will get an apartment for rent , and then you getting refuse at the last moment. Incompetent work of agents, first you need to check the documents and then only take an advance payment, and so on, when you are sure that the deal will be concluded. I not recommend this agency

9th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

9th Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)As a leaseholder be prepared for a ridiculous service charge statement with unfair charged (included items which do no exist within the property). No resolution will ever be made as property managers leave every couple months (there will be no contact). Complaints will not be dealt with as again they can not retain staff. Overall the worst company I’ve dealt with.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

15th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)My overall review of Carter Jonas isn’t wholly bad ( especially when comparing to other estate agents) but if Leo Goodman as bad at sales as he is as letting then I wouldn’t recommend buying a property from Leo. He clearly only cares about his own commission and doesn’t take the time to give prospective clients the information they need. Prior to me moving into a flat I rented from Carter Jonas, he asked if I wanted a chest of drawers left by the ex tenant and he said there were no laundry facilities in the flat and recommended I “ wash my clothes by hand”. As it turns out, the dresser belonged to the landlord ( so I had to painstakingly return it after moving) and the flat did in fact have a washer and dryer. - surely it wouldn’t have taken him more than a few minutes to enquire about laundry facilities rather than give an incorrect answer and make a ludicrous suggestion that I wash my clothes by hand. When reaching out to Leo to find a resolution for the chest of drawer incident, he showed no empathy and clearly didn’t care. When my flat was put on the market I had to continually probe and ask to be kept in the loop on viewings ( even though, per my contract, I should've been given 48 hours notice). We all make mistakes but this is the type of attitude that gives Estate agents a bad name.

20th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.

Any faults with the property are quickly remediated, and the agency is very responsive to queries in general. Renewal of my tenancy was handled quickly and professionally by my agent James. Looking forward to a continued tenancy!
31st Mar 2024 (28 days ago)Sometimes they’re helpful, most of the times they’re not - they are slow and don’t keep their promises. Responses to emails are slow or non existent and bad dirty neighbours (urine/poo stains, pubic hair, crumbs, rubbish etc) are not dealt with appropriately. Building issues like boiler problems, broken doors/windows and leaks take too long to fix. There have been issues with maggots and mice that were never appropriately addressed. Alex Robertson was initially helpful but became much less helpful after I sorted my rent out (once the money’s in their pockets right). My initial review was a 3 star review but I’m now amending it to 1 star because I have been pestered to change my negative review as they do not agree with it - this is very wrong, as my review is for me to convey. If you’re looking for a shared home with these guys, I’d suggest looking elsewhere because they will not have your back.

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
