It was a very difficult purchase for Shari as the Vendor was very emotional about if he really did want to sell or not. Shari work so hard to balance emotions with the Vendor and me on the other side. She always kept in touch to let me know where it was up to all the way through. Great Credit to Jackson Stops.

Beth and Amy in particular provided an outstanding level of service from start to finish. They were both incredibly efficient, responsive and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process. Communication was always clear and timely, which made everything straightforward and stress free. Any queries were handled quickly and thoroughly, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. It is rare to receive such professional yet personable service. Beth and Amy are a real credit to the team, and I would not hesitate to recommend theLettings in Knutsford to anyone looking for excellent support and a seamless experience.
4th Mar 2026 (28 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

19th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They provided a detailed analysis of the property when they came to view originally. They gave a fair valuation and offered free photographs and drone shots. They kept sending messages about viewings and the feed back afterwards All great stuff but they sold a difficult property within three months.

Being able to WhatsApp / keep in contact out of normal hours was a real help. Emma kept us updated at each stage and even went above and beyond. From start to finish, everyone in the office was professional, reactive and friendly. I'd like to make a special mention for Sam, who was amazing. She was proactive and kept me in the loop every step of the way. The process took a lot longer than the average sale, due to the chain, and Sam was constantly on top of things. I would definitely recommend this agency without hesitation. Thank you to the whole team!

9th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)Avoid at all costs Parked in their staff carpark 20 mins before closing on a saturday anfternoon and my car was keyed on camera by thier lettings consultant Thomas Cavanagh. Was payed for in full but left me without a car while being repaired. If this is what they’re willing to do to customers cars I wouldn’t be surprised if they do the same with their rentals or sales. Happy to provide videos if need be Avoid at all costs

The marketing was very professional with good photographs and videos, we got lots of viewings which were all handled by James. Also when things stalled while enquiries were being answered by both ours and the buyers' solicitors, James and Louise were extremely diligent in helping to move the process along which really helped us to complete on time. Would highly recommend Lord and Porter.

The service was excellent, the staff friendly and always helpful, the drone footage of our house was excellent, they like to do the viewings and that helps a lot to take away pressure, and we didn't have to do any chasing because there were behind the scenes chasers that did all that for us, that did a lot to ease any pressure. Many thanks CW ??????
