21st Feb 2020 (4 years ago)From the moment David came by to value and appraise the property it was clear that he and his team we focussed on working for us and giving us the best possible service. Once we were in a position to market the property every sales staff member came to the house and got to know us and the details of each room and feature. There was genuine enthusiasm and energy for finding us a buyer. Regular updates, phone calls and discussions about strategy we always conducted with respect and honesty. Very few time wasters made it through the door and we were delighted to work with them.
19th Apr 2024 (18 days ago)So far my experience with imagine has been amazing! Offer accepted over asking within a few working days of the property being online. Marketing was fab, with photos taken on the day of the valuation and then a video tour taken by Nikki for their social media. The post offer service has also been excellent and forward thinking, with a WhatsApp group created for ease of communication. A very modern and positive estate agent to work with - a breath of fresh air!

29th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Never respond to any issues if there is any emergency. Never reply to your msg, mail or call. Never expect anything once you rent this house.
19th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)They communicated very well and were very helpful throughout. It was unfortunate the house was put up for sale just before the mini budget which was very unhelpful as this then increased the cost of borrowing enormously for potential buyers.

The rental was made very easy, and the communications were very clear and good throughout, including contracts and guarantor agreements. Despite multiple people involved in different locations in our rental, everything went very smoothly and to the dates we all wanted. Would highly recommend

11 Millington Road, 5th Floor, Hayes 11 Millington Road, 5th Floor, Hayes, UB3 4AZ(17 reviews)5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)As a representative of Adan Estates, I can confirm that no such events or discussions took place with Craig Brown, he has been reported to the Ombudsman and is also being taken to court for defamation and incorrect, false information in his review, I will add that all reports of any maintenance specifically blocked drains was dealt with swiftly within the hour of being reported even on the weekend and out of hours, any comments he has made regarding the neighbour are untrue, the neighbour has actually been causing trouble to anyone that moves in and has been obstructing communal hallways and areas which is not allowed. Craig was told he could use the space outside the flat as private to them, however the neighbour refused to move her belongings and told Craig something different to what the agent and landlord had agreed regarding that flat. Agents and landlords should be aware of tenants like Craig Brown and Lilly House, there new agent has also been informed.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
