From one conversation over the phone without even meeting me Hannah perfectly understood exactly what I was looking for and her first recommendation ticked every box I had from my "must have" and even the majority of my "nice to haves" for my first home. She knew it was perfect and pushed to have me see it before anyone else, which I cannot thank her for enough. Between Alan and Hannah the communication was brilliant, I felt in the loop, all my questions were answered and they always came back to me even if the query took some time to get an answer.
17th Nov 2023 (8 mo. ago)Please avoid renting with them at all costs! You will never get your deposit back. Our flat was 30+ year old and tired as you would expect, which we accepted when we moved in. We lived there only 11 months as the house was poorly insulated, we even had ice inside the house in the winter months, they never fixed it (among other things) so we decided to leave the flat. To our surprise, when we handed over the house, they brought their 'expert', a guy called Mark who has been with them for ages, as an 'independent' inspector, who obviously isn't. They will claim all kinds of non existent changes and damages and deduct if from your deposit! they event claimed is our fault that a crack appeared on the ceiling! AVOID!

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. 12th Jul 2024 (15 days ago)I don't know where to start!!! James did what I thought was impossible! He moved my in laws to a new home - but it took 2 years! With a probate on both sides and multiple delays due to ill health in the family, lease extensions and questions upon questions they finally moved! James is one of the most patient people I know and has provided support to my in laws over and above what he needed to. He gave them the confidence to move from a home they were in for over 35 years. His constant communication always put them at ease and provided assurance when they needed it the most. They needed to be in a bungalow close to family and that's exactly where they are now and are extremely happy. Thanks to James for make the impossible possible!

Browns really are a breath of fresh air in the world of Estate Agents. Robert was my one point of contact, he has a great knowledge of the market, is very professional, transparent and personable. Throughout the selling process, Robert kept me up to date on everything, was proactive and followed up when he said he would and in my opinion went above and beyond what I expected from an Estate Agent. I would highly recommend Browns Residential.
