16th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)This is not the first time we have used Blenkin&co. We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

James was very professional, prompt and always kept us in the loop with regards to the progress. 11th Jun 2025 (7 days ago)I cannot recommend Matt and the team at Naish, especially Jade and Kimberley, high enough. My house sale and purchase were not the easiest but they were extremely professional and kept me up to date at all stages. I would definitely use them again.

The lettings team are always responsive, helpful, and professional. Over time, I’ve built positive relationships with the team, and I really appreciate their approachable and efficient service. David spent a lot of time with each viewing and always obtained feedback from each potential purchaser, which he then fed back to us the same day. He is a credit to the industry. I would also like to mention David’s wife, Christine, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with all follow up enquiries, constantly keeping in touch with us from start to finish and is a great source of moral support. She is as dedicated as David, and they make a formidable team! I cannot recommend them highly enough Thanks Dave and Christine! ????????

14th Jun 2025 (4 days ago)A nightmare from beginning to end. I wish I could go back in time and tell my naive, first-time landlord self to run (don’t walk) away from Ashtons. Feel free to try it for yourself but (unless you have a property portfolio) be prepared to be considered unimportant. Your emails will be ignored for months, they will tell you frankly bizarre lies along the way, and they will leave you out of pocket. If there is any contest to this review, I have email receipts to prove it. Get better Ashtons.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

The house was marketed well, with great photos, and we got a good offer only two weeks after going on the market, with a completion within three months.
