They thoroughly explained each step (in a way that was easy for me to understand). The team provided expert advice especially when I needed help with how to prepare and present my house ready for photos and viewings - I really needed their guidance and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Every team member from SweetMove; including Simon, Emily, Kate and Sarah have been only too happy to give me their time and never made me feel rushed. They kept in close contact throughout the process which has been amazing. An additional mention of their brilliant photographer Andrew. He captured the key elements of my property and the resulting photos were so great I’d want to buy the house myself all over again! These highly professional photos made a huge difference to presenting my house online. Viewings were arranged quickly, with plenty of notice given to me and feedback after each viewing. It’s clear that SweetMove cared about the process and selling my house - they did a fantastic job and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Thank you all.

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

25th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)Naish Estate Agents have been absolutely brilliant in helping me to buy my first home! The lady that showed me round the property was delightful and from that point onwards everyone I dealt with was friendly, efficient, and very communicative! I mainly spoke with Kim who was amazing and really on the ball which was more than could be said for the solicitors I was using!! I would definitely use Naish Estate Agents if I needed to sell a house as I am sure they would be equally as fab! Thank you very much for everything guys.

In my view this was largely to do with the buoyancy of the market and, in the end, I made the decision to let the property. Hunters were very proactive regarding this which’s worked well for me.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

6th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had Karen for my viewing and everything leading to me renting this new house in York. I genuinely couldnt have asked for a kinder, more attentive estate agent. Karen walked me through every single step, responding nigh on immediately to every part. Not only that but when I moved in, Ewemove were kind enough to supply a gift box and a welcome card. The house is well kept and was even cleaned! Never had an estate agent nearly as good, nowhere close. Thank you Karen. (Holly)

15th Jan 2026 (27 days ago)Moved me into a room with an en suite, that wasnt plumbed in. Water literally gushing all over the floor. This is after a month of delays caused by their failure to communicate, almost leaving me homeless because they kept saying the property was almost ready. They told me they wanted me in as soon as possible in november, I had to wait until january before getting in. This would have been fine if they had given me even 24 hours notice of the delays which they didnt, so I was left with an upcoming end of tenancy with nowhere to live. My housemate had a similar experience except he genuinely was made homeless by their delays. If you must use them, dont believe a word, and get everything in writing and record all phone calls. A consistently disappointing, horrifically incompetent, though seemingly well-meaning team.

The excellent photos and videos of our property along with great social media promotion meant that we were able to accept an offer for our full asking price within 3 days of listing. The team were in constant communication through the sale process and on hand to assist with any concerns. I would highly recommend Price estate agents, and have done - friends of ours have also sold their property with the help of the team since!
