We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

James was very professional, prompt and always kept us in the loop with regards to the progress. 3rd Apr 2024 (16 weeks ago)Awful! When looking to rent a property you would think they would show all interest in assisting you. Sadly not, viewed a property two months ago, showed my interest. Chased 4 times via telephone in an update if the kitchen was fitted to have another view (as it wasn’t previously) to be told someone’s already now leasing it through them. Poor communication, attitude stinks, was told “well we are a busy branch” when I asked how they hadn’t informed me in 2 months as they stated they would in an email. Made to feel like an ignorance for having an interest in a property that we viewed. Which by the way had no kitchen in it whatsoever and wasn’t even warned on the pre viewing. Hence waiting 2 months for it to get fitted to view again. Absolutely awful - abrupt, rude and wouldn’t use

Matt has been very helpful with his suggestions, the photography and video work was impressive as was communication during the house viewings. Both we and the buyers have commented since on how Matt's professional approach has made the whole process a lot easier for us.

8th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)I cannot commend David enough for his enthusiasm, resolve, customer service skills and dedication to both marketing and selling our property! David spent a lot of time with each viewing and always obtained feedback from each potential purchaser, which he then fed back to us the same day. He is a credit to the industry. I would also like to mention David’s wife, Christine, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes with all follow up enquiries, constantly keeping in touch with us from start to finish and is a great source of moral support. She is as dedicated as David, and they make a formidable team! I cannot recommend them highly enough Thanks Dave and Christine! ????????

Additionally, there was not one cocksure young individual in a skinny fit, shiny suit. Excellent service and a genuine pleasure to deal with. We were well informed all the time and built a great rapport with estate agent Graham, who was always keeping me up to date with progress and timelines. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

My house had been on the market with Purplebricks for almost a year with a failed sale coming in that time. I had countless problems with that company which made me feel like I wouldn’t be able to sell the house. Finally, I decided that despite paying the fees for Purplebricks, that I was left with no choice to switch estate agents. I had heard good things about Ewemove, and after speaking to their team I decided to go with them. From that point on, they were fantastic and so efficient with every facet of the house sale. Pictures of the house and the advert were up within a few days, and within a couple of months I accepted an offer. It was then that Jonathan at Ewemove really excelled. The sale was stagnating for a while and I was getting more and more stressed that something wasn’t right, but Jonathan consistently pushed both parties and our lawyers to get everything sorted as soon as possible, until finally we got a completion date and thankfully I have now sold the property. This review doesn’t do enough justice to the hard work and dedication that Ewemove and particularly Jonathan put in to make it happen. But I will be forever grateful and would urge anybody to use Ewemove if you were buying or selling a house.
