19th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)SAME REVIEW AS PREVIOUS USERS. STAFF ARE RUDE, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Suggest to avoid buying properties/ renting via this agent if you are landlord/ tenant. Unpleasant experience.
12th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)The communication was shockingly weak. I had one phonecall in 3 months for feedback. The market has become slow lately but I expected more. Photographs were not brilliant or the write up. No Zoopla adverts.
9th Apr 2026 (16 weeks ago)Got an apartment on rent through them last year in London and 3 months in we find out the property is ceased by bank and then the agency just disappeared and now we have been living in uncertainty as to what is gonna happen next. Why was the property and the landlord not fully vetted before being rented out to us.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. 28th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Multiple emails by both myself and the building owner to different agents and website communication points, for well over a month with no reply. Laughable lack of communication. I can't even say that they are refusing to return the deposit, or made up an excuse to avoid doing it, as they have dropped all communications entirely.

I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads
