My initial viewing was arranged very quickly, and my offer was promptly submitted to and confirmed by the seller. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. I was kept informed immediately whenever there was an update, which made the entire experience feel smooth and stress-free. Josh, the agent who handled the property, was particularly helpful — he answered all of my questions, was always available when I needed assistance, and provided great support throughout. I would highly recommend Henley Charles to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They are trustworthy, professional, and genuinely care about their clients. A big thank you to the entire Henley Charles team, and especially to Josh, for making the process so easy and seamless.

11th May 2026 (12 days ago)I had a fabulous an amazing privilege to be supported by Connell Estate Agent. Rebecca Morris was very helpful, she’s such an amazing staff. She helped me throughout the process of securing my apartment ensuring everything goes smoothly. I would recommend her any day any time. Callum was also very patient and helpful as well, the whole member of staffs are extremely amazing. I would use Connell Estate Agent any time any day.
8th May 2026 (15 days ago)The worst estate agents in Birmingham. We are trying to buy a house which is with con.....nells. They didn't bother turning up to the house to show us around, the owner had to, and she's an old lady. Cons didn't call us to say the offer had been accepted we had to speak to the owner and now as we're near completion now they rang us to say the owner isn't happy and want to put the house on the market again. Unknown to the cons we had already spoken to the owner and told them and the owners were more than happy. Spoke to the sellers solicitors who said its a tactic used by cons to get more money from the sale. My solicitor than rang them and tore them a new one. How they think they can get way with this is astonishing, avoid connells at all cost whether your a buyer or seller.

They were incredibly helpful, always on point, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Communication was honestly the best I’ve experienced—clear, quick, and consistent throughout, which made a huge difference. They were always one step ahead, keeping me informed and supported at every stage. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet approachable at the same time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent! Julia May has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout this stressful process as we had very lazy solicitors if it wasn't for her things would have been much worse. An absolute asset to prime estates.
13th May 2026 (10 days ago)I currently rent a home property through G&T and wanted to say that Molly Gregg at the DY5 office has been so helpful and kind. I contacted the office as I needed a supporting letter, Molly sorted this out immediately for me, she was super quick to make changes and helped me make sure I had the correct information. In general, G&T have been helpful and supportive. They allow us to have the house inspections on days that work for us, they were very patient and kind when we had a death in the household and are always quick to respond when requesting information. Thank you so much for your help!

They always kept me up to date so I knew what was going on at every step of the way, I would happily recommend and use them again

They managed my tenanted property successfully for some time, provided a great valuation, and then secured a buyer quickly. They are professional, easy to contact, and tell it like it is. For anyone looking for reliable, 'all-in-one' property experts, look no further than the team at Arden.

2nd May 2026 (21 days ago)I was very impressed with the way Midlands Housing (Azaan) dealt with the sale of my property. The communication and the interactions was spot on. I didn't even need to go into the office., every communication we had was emails or messages. Credit to Mr Azaan for his continued effort and dedication to meet our goals. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th May 2026 (5 days ago)I had a very positive experience with the Oakmans Harborne Branch during the attempted sale of my flat. Although the sale didn’t complete for reasons outside their control, the service from the whole team was very positive. Under Alex’s leadership, the team is proactive, well?coordinated, and genuinely easy to communicate with. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and approachable. Tom valued the property and got it on the market quickly. Sophie was always warm and helpful in every interaction. Paul handled viewings efficiently and secured an offer fast. Sue worked incredibly hard with all parties to try to bring the sale to completion. Even though the sale fell through, I’m genuinely grateful for the team’s effort. I would happily recommend Oakmans Harborne team to others.
