Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Really pleased with the service i received

31st May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Don’t ever use dewhurst homes and avoid at all costs A property that we loved recently went up for sale We agreed a visit When we got to the visit the person showing us around had no clue on the property, the onward chain and couldn’t answer basic of questions, not there fault at all. More on the company sending her out when she specialises in rentals, we then put a bid forward and told it was rejected. We then proceeded to put a second offer in, they called us and said our first offer rejected no word on the second offer, we told them the second offer and was told oh this would be rejected and basically laughed down the phone. Third offer sent and same again told it wouldn’t be accepted, we then went above asking price and was told by Dewhurst homes the seller had accepted much higher but not responding so our offer is accepted, we agreed a mortgage and conveyancer and now been told sorry we’ve gone back to original person as been back in touch. Please avoid and take care if having any dealings with these rats

I had a small problem last year and Andrew himself put me in contact with the right people and went above and beyond. His knowledge of agricultural conveyancing, legalities, speedy action have been truly amazing this year. Thank you Andrew for all you have done.

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. 23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Well what can I say about the team at quick move outstanding I have no words how to praise them absolutely brilliant mubs from start to finish she was amazing kept update date through out the sales process I would not use anyone else there are like a family helping in every section good thing as well if you have English problem there and speak other languages There made my sales process easy I will definitely use them again Once again thank you to mubs and nasir really appreciated
