22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

29th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed

The communication was brilliant from start to finish, especially throughout the many house viewings I went to while searching for my first home.<br><br>A special thank you to Emily, who got to know exactly what I was looking for and called me about a property she thought I would love. She was completely right — I fell in love with it as soon as I viewed it, put an offer in, and was absolutely delighted when it was accepted.<br><br>The whole process from start to finish ran so smoothly, and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and genuinely lovely. They made what could have been a really stressful experience feel so much easier.<br><br>A huge thank you to Emily and the whole team for helping me find my perfect home! ????????

5th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
