It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

The level of communication provided by everyone at Crown Estate Agents was outstanding throughout the entire transaction.<br><br>We are especially grateful to Lisa. The purchase became extremely complicated because of three outstanding charges registered against the property, which caused the transaction to become stuck. Lisa went far beyond what would normally be expected from an estate agent. She contacted the third-party solicitors, communicated with the bank’s solicitors and gathered information from the relevant authorities, including HM Land Registry, to help everyone understand how the matter could legally be resolved.<br><br>Lisa guided all the parties, followed up continuously and obtained updates every day. She made sure that important information was shared promptly between the seller, solicitors, bank and buyer. Her persistence, professionalism and determination played a major part in getting the charges removed, clearing the title and bringing the transaction to a successful completion.<br><br>Without Lisa’s hard work and constant involvement, it would have been extremely difficult to clear the title and complete this purchase. She did not treat this as simply another property sale; she took genuine responsibility for helping to resolve every obstacle.<br><br>Mr Martin and the other Crown Estate Agents staff were also extremely helpful, responsive and professional from beginning to end. Their teamwork and customer service were of the highest standard.<br><br>We are incredibly thankful to Lisa, Martin and the entire Crown Estate Agents team. 20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)Professional<br>I recently purchased a property through carter jonas and dealt primarily with Tony write, from the initial first conversation Tony was extremely helpful dealing with a property that wasn’t always completely straightforward but he was so professional and knowledgeable about the property and the issues regarding the purchase.<br>Tony was on hand throughout the process supporting us with solicitor questions and keeping us updated throughout, which made such a difference to us as buyers.<br>Thank you Tony you did a fantastic job.

From meeting the Estate Agent at the valuation stage. There enthusiasm and knowledge of the area convinced me it was the right choice to work with them.<br>Especially good communication on a weekly basis gave me the confidence that I was in good hands.<br>I developed a good working relationship with Dannielle the branch Manager.<br>Safe to say it was really seamless process and affordable charges allowed me not to worry about a thing.<br>I was that impressed by the professionalism of all the staff, that I instructed Curtis Law to do the conveyancing for me as well.<br>All round good experience.

5th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)The level of communication, organisation and professionalism throughout this process has been absolutely appalling.<br><br>We viewed property nearly 5 weeks ago and on the very same day as our viewing we said that we wanted to proceed and asked for the application forms.<br><br>The property was advertised as council tax band D but I questioned this and it was in fact council tax band A.<br><br>It then took three working days for them to send the application — and only after we chased them.<br><br>We completed and returned everything, yet it took another three working days for them to even acknowledge that they had received our application.<br><br>Then, almost three weeks after we had viewed the property, the landlord contacted us asking whether we had actually viewed it. We chased the estate agent and were told that our application had been sent to the landlord. The landlord subsequently told us that he had not received it.<br><br>We were then told they would begin the referencing process. More delays followed.<br><br>Over a week ago, they sent our guarantor the incorrect paperwork. When we chased them about it, we were told that the director was on annual leave and they couldn’t send the correct paperwork until he returned at the end of the week.<br><br>Then, this morning, after nearly five weeks since our viewing, we were simply told that the property had gone to someone else.<br><br>The entire process has been a catalogue of delays, poor communication, conflicting information and excuses. We repeatedly had to chase for basic updates and paperwork. At no point did we feel that our application was being dealt with professionally or with any urgency.<br><br>What makes this particularly frustrating is that we were ready and willing to proceed from the day we viewed the property. We were able to move in to the property immediately. We completed what was required of us, yet somehow our application spent weeks being passed around while we were left chasing for information.<br><br>I completely understand that properties can go to other applicants — that isn’t the issue. The issue is the unacceptable way this application was handled and the lack of honesty, communication and urgency throughout.<br><br>After nearly five weeks of being led to believe the application was progressing, being told different things by different people and repeatedly having to chase them, being told this morning that the property has gone to someone else is extremely disappointing.<br><br>I would absolutely not recommend this estate agent. If you are looking to rent a property, be prepared to constantly chase them and don’t expect clear or timely communication.<br><br>A very stressful experience made considerably worse by the people who were supposed to be handling the process and now leaving me with a week to find another property before my notice from my current house is up after 13 years living here for their son to move in.

All members of the team were great to deal with and worked with us at different stages of the process. They may cost more than other agents but you get what you pay for and definitely receive a premier service. Easily the best estate agent I've ever used (and I've moved many times!). Thank you to the team - happy to recommend.
