No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

All communications have been very clear. It is clear Matthew has great local knowledge and expertise. In fact he sold our house to us over 19 years ago. Very professional and friendly service. Thanks also to Harley who carried out viewings and has been in constant contact. Highly recommended!
17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I would not recommend Eafield & Maple based on my experience.<br><br>Communication was consistently poor throughout our tenancy. Simple queries often took repeated follow-ups, and responses were frequently delayed. The most frustrating example was the repair to our windows, which took almost two years to be resolved despite us raising the issue on numerous occasions.<br><br>The same pattern continued after we moved out. The handling of our deposit has been unnecessarily slow, with very little communication or transparency regarding the process. Chasing for updates became the norm rather than the exception.<br><br>Overall, the lack of communication, prolonged delays, and poor customer service made what should have been a straightforward tenancy far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness in the future, as no tenant should have to spend so much time chasing basic updates.
15th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I have had Catdwells Bolton as my agent on a tenancy since 2022<br>I found them to be ready to help immediately on any issues and reliable and quick in response.<br>They adapt a personal interest in keeping a tenancy as smooth as possible<br>I would certainly be happy to rent again through Cardwells
8th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I’ve recently completing a property purchase through Keenans Accrington, and I can honestly say Isaac made the whole experience so much easier than I expected.<br>From the very beginning, he was friendly, professional, and always willing to go out of his way to make me feel comfortable and reassured. Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. He even introduced me to a fantastic mortgage advisor, which made a huge difference and helped everything come together smoothly.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br><br>Thanks to Isaac's support and dedication, what could have been a stressful experience felt straightforward and manageable.<br>A massive thank you to Isaac and the team at Keenans Accrington.<br><br>I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property. 14th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)I have had Easyhome Lets and Sales as my agent fully managing my buy to let properties for many years. I can highly recommend them. All the ladies in the office are proactive, knowledgeable and responsive. I have also just sold a property via Easy Home Let's and Sales. They have been superb. Communication was 1st class, they stayed in touch with all parties, regularly chasing up to conclude the sale ASAP. You won't be disappointed if you choose them ??????

21st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They kept us updated at every stage and checked in regularly to see if there was anything they could help with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

10th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)We didn’t buy our property off Chris at Bowman’s in the end however we had a great experience dealing with him whilst looking at the properties he was marketing and would 100% consider using him if we ever sell our house in the future!
5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
