13th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)I cant thank the team at Petty Real at Colne enough for the exceptiona service they provided when selling our house. A special thank you to Anita, she secured a quick sale for us and kept us informed brilliantly throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them.

The girls who's dad was buying her it as a buy to let for her (this is what she has done with another similar house sold for £15k more) would not pay the proper price so they sale fell through. To say Hilton and horsfall were cold, disrespectful and bullying is an understatement. As the many reviews on here atest, when things don't go their way, as is the way with people who are used to getting their own way in life like the spoilt buyer, they kicked off and took me to the small claims court. In total, I handes over £2,100 for absolutely nothing. But in fairness, they completely sabotaged their own chances of success in Clitheroe. I'm not going anywhere xx

From beginning to end, the whole process was managed with professionalism, care and a genuine willingness to help.<br><br>A special thank you must go to Ali, whose specialist knowledge, patience and attention throughout the process gave me real confidence at every stage. Robert, the manager, was equally supportive and made sure everything was handled properly and efficiently, while Maria in Sales was fantastic throughout not to mention Abbie, the star ?, who was always helpful, warm and a real pleasure to deal with.<br><br>Buying a property can be a stressful and emotional experience, but the team made the whole journey feel much smoother and more manageable. What stood out most was that I never felt like just another transaction. There was a real sense that they cared about getting the right outcome and making sure I was looked after from start to finish.<br><br>I am genuinely very pleased with how everything was handled and extremely grateful to Ali, Robert, Maria and Abbie for their hard work, communication and support. The purchase was completed successfully, and I could not have asked for a better team to guide me through it.<br><br>A very well-deserved five stars. I would happily recommend Petty Real to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and genuinely caring property team.

29th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed

23rd Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Sally harrisons staff worked with highly professional state of the art equipment and showed a very high standard of modern working practices and retained very good ethical and traditional working values. The staff were all very good and likeable. They sold my house within the first week and then helped me deal with my solicitor for the next six months. Definitely recommended. Thank you for all your help keeping us a little bit sane ??????

Teresa and Saul are amazing they are a joy to interact with and have always resolved any issues that have arisen. Any maintenance that has been needed has been dealt with quickly and they are happy to help with any queries or concerns you have. I honestly can't recommend the staff I mentioned previously enough.

They worked hard to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout. Moving house can be stressful so it's important to be in good hands and we certainly felt like we were. Thanks to Leanne, Harry and the wider team for helping us to secure our dream home!
6th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

We were kept informed about each stage of the process, from prospective buyers to their levels of interest, purchasing circumstances. We were offered helpful advice and support at every stage, culminating in a smooth exchange. Most importantly, they acted to get us the best price for the house, maintaining confidentiality and working ethically throughout. Thank you, to the entire Fardella & Bell team.

19th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)There agents are the worse you can ever come across, I booked a viewing from Friday of the previous week to make a viewing the following week. I cancelled my work for the day, I walked down from my house in the rain, I got to the apartment to make the viewing. I was waiting in the rain for 20 minutes there was no show. I called there office to ask about the viewing, there agents told me that I didn’t call an hour before the viewing so there was no one coming to the apartment. Absolutely disgusting and terrible, they are the worst!!!.
