21st Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Communication is woeful. As soon as the contract was signed we heard nothing more other than a few viewings. We were expecting some information as the weeks went on like RightMove metrics, enquiry numbers - nothing. We emailed asking - nothing. We emailed and complained (following their out of date complaints procedure) - nothing. We have resorted to contacting the ombudsman now.<br><br>Steer clear.

Throughout the 10 month process we dealt with all members of the team, and they were all so diligent and understanding. They worked hard to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout. Moving house can be stressful so it's important to be in good hands and we certainly felt like we were. Every member on the team was friendly, professional and helpful with every aspect of finding me a home. From viewings to having my offer accepted and the whole process after they were fab. It was a difficult transaction due to issues outside of the Agents control yet they remained helpful and supportive throughout. 17th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Moving into a new property can be stressful, especially when unexpected issues arise, and my new home unfortunately had several hidden defects that weren't visible at first glance.<br>?However, the agency and their wonderful maintenance team handled everything perfectly. They truly went above and beyond to get the house back in order. I would like to give a special shout-out to Mathew for his exceptional support—he managed to organize an urgent repair for a burst pipe in the wall over the weekend. His quick response and professionalism were a lifesaver.<br>?It is rare to find such a dedicated and reliable team. 23rd Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I am writing to provide feedback regarding my experience with your agency. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed with the level of service and communication provided. There have been ongoing delays in responses, a lack of clear updates, and instances where follow-up was required multiple times. This has caused unnecessary frustration and made the process more difficult than it should be. I value professionalism and clear communication, and I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future service. I would appreciate improved responsiveness and clearer communication going forward. Done
9th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Really speedy service, found my new home within 2 days of viewing, I'm absolutely over the moon with the service I've received, Thanks Evie and the team....... Edit.... Although my initial experience was excellent my tenancy experience as been awful, Firstly I should have never been given the keys in the first place, the property was not fit to live in, eventually I complained to the council and they sent an inspector up and there were a number of things that needed fixing some were emergency repairs and were deemed dangerous.<br>To this end I found another property and have since moved, another problem is the full notice period is still being insisted upon despite my requests for it to be waived due to the state of the property. That amount of money would be another £1500. SIMPLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
