19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)The valuation was more accurate than others and had a good understanding and knowledge of local sales and area. Felt communication, advice and securing viewings could have been better once property had been on the market for six weeks. Time until agents were available for viewings once almost two weeks, so be sure to offer that you will do viewings if you are able to speed up getting people in Better communication and speed since the offer of sale.
17th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)1st class service, could not recommend the team here enough! Despite sales falling through and delays caused by solicitors and searches these guys remained professional, patient and helpful throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend to anyone!
17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)They photoshoped damp out of my house then denied it saying it was to remove the for sale sign. What a joke of an estate agents. DO NOT USE If you're going to reply. Explain did or did you not photoshop images to hide algae.
13th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)My partner and I recently sold our first family home with Cowell Norford Rochdale. It was a very bitter sweet feeling as we loved our home, but the staff down at Cowells made us feel so much better about the whole process. We had a difficult buyer to say the least, however without the help of Maisie, our sales negotiator and Sophie, our sales progressor the process would have been a whole lot worse. No question asked was too stupid, and they always went above what was asked of them. I received daily updates from them, even if there was no real update, they were constantly reassuring me that they were chasing the relevant people to get it over the line as quickly as possible. Selling and buying a house is a real rollercoaster of emotions, and without Maise and Sophie I'm not sure I would have survived it! 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

The property was listed on a Tuesday and after a number of viewings by the following Monday we had offers one of which exceeded the listing price and our expectations. From then on until completion John kept me well informed. Would we use them again YES, would we recommend them YES. Thanks guys.

Harrison was very professional and provided honest information. Harrison followed up as agreed and proposed a new house for us to visit. I would recommend Harrison for his customer service.
