27th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Great experience. We have viewed a couple of houses with Petty and both agents were fantastic. Especially the blonde lady who showed us around a house in Colne. Also very easy to apply
13th Apr 2024 (7 days ago)I found tiger estates to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. The only decent part of their job was the photographs they took of the property. They lied to cover up their incompetence and failings,and didn't provide any kind of service whatsoever.No response to emails or phone calls as promised.Viewings were done by me as they didn't have staff available to conduct viewings at weekends or evenings!! I found the buyer myself and she will verify how dreadful tiger have been.It has been a very traumatic experience for me and I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.

4th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Just drove 30 miles through traffic to get to meet them as arranged for 5 30 ,my wife drove not quiet as far around 22 miles got there bang on time to meet my wife at the property waited till 5 55 got a text off Lydia to see if I'm still attending the viewing I texted back to say I've been hear since 5 30 as you arranged don't no were to park my wife as had a argument with a resident as we was in her parking space (not a great start ) but there was no one to meet us there to tell us anything anyway it got to just after six and I tried the buzzer on 31 the loom and the guy there was renting and said no one had rang him to arrange a viewing and the place was a bit of a mess so I would have to go back to mai son has

Once the house was sold, Ella Walmsley kept me regularly updated with the sale process and was a great support throughout. I would certainly recommend Keenans and use them again in the future.

The pre letting appraisal provided realistic advice in the present climate and a high level of interest was received immediately. The advertisement and photographs portrayed a warm and welcoming reflection of the home and its village location. An excellent tenant seems to have been found and all formalities have been handled efficiently and executed fully. We highly recommend the agency which has provided a personal and professional service.
