23rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve had an excellent experience with Petty Real Estate Agents, and I want to highlight Ali Hamza in particular. Ali has been brilliant throughout my sale. He supported both me as the seller and my buyer, kept everything on track when things started to slip, and communicated clearly and professionally with both sides.<br><br>He was consistently polite, friendly, and proactive — the kind of agent who genuinely takes ownership of the process and makes sure everyone feels informed and reassured. His involvement made a stressful situation feel far more manageable.<br><br>I would definitely recommend Petty Real and especially Ali Hamza, to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely helpful estate agent.
22nd May 2024 (2 years ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)I would not recommend Eafield & Maple based on my experience.<br><br>Communication was consistently poor throughout our tenancy. Simple queries often took repeated follow-ups, and responses were frequently delayed. The most frustrating example was the repair to our windows, which took almost two years to be resolved despite us raising the issue on numerous occasions.<br><br>The same pattern continued after we moved out. The handling of our deposit has been unnecessarily slow, with very little communication or transparency regarding the process. Chasing for updates became the norm rather than the exception.<br><br>Overall, the lack of communication, prolonged delays, and poor customer service made what should have been a straightforward tenancy far more stressful than it needed to be. I hope they improve their communication and responsiveness in the future, as no tenant should have to spend so much time chasing basic updates.

Buying a property can be stressful, but Isaac was always on hand to answer questions, keep me updated, and make sure I understood what was happening at each stage.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how helpful he was throughout the entire process. Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Don’t usually get this level of service as a purchaser. Thanks again!

21st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I sold my house for a fixed fee, agreed in advance and it was only on the market for two weeks before a sale was achieved, unfortunately that fell through but the day afterwards I had two more viewings and two offers , one of which I accepted and it is progressing now . The team are lovely , good at communicating and I was pleased with the outcome .

They asked me to do a review when I first purchased, but I wanted to wait to see if the investments they sell are actually good. Now I can say 5 years on, I have had my rent time every month, no issues & leases renewed. I have recommended OPA to my friends & colleagues. Thank you to Zara who has always been on hand & gives honest advice, no sales pitch & helped me get great properties. Highly recommended

17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They made us feel totally at ease, we genuinely felt cared for and supported throughout the whole journey.<br>One thing that really stood out was that we never felt pressured whatsoever. At every stage, we were given honest advice, plenty of time to make decisions, and always felt that our best interests came first. That made such a difference and gave us complete confidence throughout the whole process.<br>Selling a home can be very emotional and stressful but nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was always professional, reassuring, incredibly kind and friendly, keeping us informed every step of the way.<br>The photographs and brochure were absolutely beautiful and captured our home perfectly. Their local knowledge and attention to detail were second to none.<br>Every single person in the office was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely to deal with. It’s rare to find a team who combine such professionalism with such a personal touch.<br>A huge thank you to James and all at Slater Brooking. We are incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
