They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

25th Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.- 17th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with Palmer Snell’s handling of the sale of our flat.<br>From the outset, communication was poor. For the first four months, we received virtually no updates and only found out what was happening by making regular visits to the branch ourseves. We were repeatedly promised callbacks and action, neither of which materialised on most occasions.<br>We also felt that the buyers’ interests were prioritised over ours, particularly as Palmer Snell acted as letting agents for several of their properties. This created a perceived conflict of interest and left us feeling that we were not being properly represented as their client. In addition, there were occasions where we felt information was not presented honestly or transparently, which further undermined our confidence in the agency and left us questioning whether we were being given the full picture.<br>Most disappointing of all was the complete lack of communication around exchange and completion. After months of frustration, the sale finally completed after 7 months of procrastination on the buyers side with no acknowledgement or proactive contact from the agency.<br>We were particularly disappointed with Anthony, the branch manager. Given his position, I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication and customer care, but unfortunately this was not our experience. That said, Amanda and George were always professional whenever we dealt with them.<br>Having used Palmer Snell as letting agents for eight years without issue, we expected far better. As a sales agent, however, we found their service poor, unprofessional, deeply frustrating and at times, lacking in honesty and transparency. We would not recommend them to anyone selling a property.

Managing a sale remotely can be challenging, but Paul made the entire process seamless from start to finish. He went above and beyond by arranging all the necessary maintenance work to ensure the property met the required standards and compliance regulations. His proactive approach, clear communication, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind throughout. Thanks to Paul’s professionalism and dedication, everything progressed smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy property professional.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

13th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Absolute waste of time. I spent over 24 hours repeatedly trying to make contact, only to be told in the end that the property was no longer available. This level of communication is completely unacceptable, and it makes you wonder whether landlords are aware of how poorly enquiries are being handled. A very frustrating and unprofessional experience and a regular occurance by the look of other reviews..

11th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

Sarah was incredibly accommodating when arranging viewings and was always happy to answer our questions. She provided all the information we needed throughout the process, helping to make what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated Sarah’s professionalism, responsiveness, and support from start to finish. We would highly recommend Sarah and the team at Danehurst to anyone looking and selling/buying!

Definitely one of the best estate agents I interacted with when looking for a property as he was engaging and personable. 26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!

Her communication was consistently excellent, and we never experienced a single issue. We even received a small welcome gift in the property, which made it feel like home straight away. I would highly recommend this estate agent.
