They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

It wasn't straight forward as our buyer solicitors were poorly and this caused several problems. 11th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.
16th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We had a terrible experience with Meyers estate agents. They were awful and didn't make any real effort to sell the bungalow. All they wanted to do was continually lower the price. An incident around security of the premises occurred and that was the final straw for us. We ended the contract early. Have now appointed 2 further agents . Would not recommend Meyers at all.

We spotted a house we loved the look of in a social media post and she kindly organised a same day, off market viewing over the weekend so that we could secure it with an accepted offer same day! Appreciated her transparency and approach to helping both buyer and seller to have an easy experience in a difficult market.

They marketed my property brilliantly, attracted plenty of viewings and genuine interest, and got it sold.<br><br>Their communication, professionalism and determination were outstanding throughout the process. It was a tough market and had a couple of fall throughs but these guys stuck with it, always realistic and proactive.<br>Communication was fantastic, always updating us and keeping in touch. Would recommend page estates to anyone looking to buy or sell.
