They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

2nd Aug 2019 (7 years ago)I’ve dealt with a fair few agents in my time in the process of developing properties. Called this branch to get more info on a property for sale and was met with the most unhelpful, uninterested person on the end of the phone full of snarky comments. I’d be livid if a firm treated one of my perspective buyers like that, so I guess it’s no surprise the property ended up reduced. Word of caution to anyone looking to sell, much more enthusiastic/accessible agents around. Also find it quite suspicious how the positive reviews are from accounts set up specifically to review this firm...fraud much?

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. 19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line

14th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)The most shocking thing they did was entering my flat 3 times without a previouse arrangement or any notice. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
