Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. 17th Nov 2025 (24 weeks ago)We just recently purchased a house through Hamilton Smith, we dealt with Andrew and James. We could not fault the service, from start to finish they were brilliant. Both attentive and professional which made the whole process a lot smoother. Communication was very good, was never an issue to book viewings and not once did we feel rushed. 19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

1st May 2026 (5 days ago)We were very happy with our dealings with Lamb & Co and especially sales progressor Jo Millar. Jo kept us updated all the time and worked hard to progress our sale and purchase which wasn’t straightforward at all. She very often let us know of things that were happening which we were unaware of. Well done Jo and I take my hat off to you!!

21st Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. Great service, comms and advice, highly recommended.

5th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
24th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them. No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months. No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc) Different advice given by different staff members. Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.

If it hadn’t been for the fabulous Rachele Winn the chain would have collapsed several times over. Rachele, alone, relentlessly kept in touch with all parties, chivvying and chasing up loose ends, liaising with incompetent online conveyancers and ensuring that all sales were completed. Her tenacity, professionalism and cheerful approach are second to none. Well done and thanks Rachele.

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

2nd Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)
