19th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all
11th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I attempted to purchase a property through this agency and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Throughout the process, inaccurate and misleading information was provided, which appeared to be aimed at progressing the sale. Communication was also very poor, with little to no proactive updates unless we repeatedly chased for information.<br><br>As a result of this misinformation, we have been left out of pocket and extremely disappointed with the service we received. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.

21st Apr 2026 (15 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Stoneridge Estate Agents. From start to finish, there was a clear lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic sales progression. We consistently felt that the process was being handled in favour of the buyer, with little regard for us as the sellers. Communication was poor throughout. Emails marked as urgent were not responded to in a timely manner, and updates were vague or lacking altogether. At a critical stage in the transaction, we were left chasing for information that should have been proactively managed by the agent. Most concerning was the failure to properly progress the sale. Key actions, such as chasing solicitors and moving outstanding enquiries forward, were not carried out with the level of urgency expected. This caused unnecessary delays and added significant stress. The buyer’s survey and subsequent renegotiation were also allowed to happen very late in the process, creating avoidable disruption. This should have been addressed much earlier and managed far more effectively. Overall, the handling of this sale was poor and ultimately led to us losing confidence and withdrawing completely. We would not recommend.

19th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)Diabolical service. Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.
8th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)This is the second time that I have employed Nicholas Percival to let one of my commercial properties and the second time that I have had the pleasure of dealing with Billy Coe. What a star. The first property was let in a very short time with a far better rent than I had expected, he prepared the lease which was signed quickly and the whole transaction was done and dusted in no time at all.<br>The second property went just as well and despite me testing Billy's patience, he calmly and efficiently carried out the task in hand and a new tenant was installed very quickly. Well done Billy. I found this company's charges very reasonable and great value for money, so I will definitely be engaging Nicholas Percival for future property matters.

3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)It is easy to give a 5-star review when everything is straightforward, but the real test is how people handle things when a purchase becomes difficult.<br><br>Towards the end of our purchase, there were some unforeseen circumstances that made the process more challenging. However, the team at Fine & Country were excellent throughout and really helped keep things moving so the purchase could complete.<br><br>Rachele in particular was fantastic, professional, proactive, supportive and genuinely helpful when it mattered most.<br><br>Thank you to Rachele and the Fine & Country team. We really appreciate everything you did to help get this over the line.

We mainly had contact with Leanne who was so helpful and lovely. It’s been a while since we sold/bought a house but she was happy to guide us through the purchasing process. No question was too minor! Thank you all for all your help! We’re very happy in our new home :)

5th May 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very friendly, but the house was listed more than the initial verbal valuation which we were surprised about. Our property was perfect for a first time buyer but no viewings fitted that brief.

2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)
18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.

I met with Lewis at the property, we had a lively discussion on the benefits and opportunity relating to the building, its potential and reviewing the wider impacts of the location. Harris &Wood demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the market, described some innovative marketing strategies and performed above my expectations. We immediately gained viewings and, after negotiation, obtained a fair price. I am willing to recommend Harris & Wood as a marketing partner, given the performance so far. Thank you, Harris & Wood
