Kingsleigh have managed my properties for the last three years. I have been totally satisfied with their service in all respects.
All members of staff are efficient, knowledgeable ,friendly and always go the 'extra mile' for me. They manage every aspect of the letting process leaving me with absolutely nothing to do or worry about.
They have in fact, proved to be the complete opposite of my previous well known management company, such a relief to be looked after by them!

My experience as a landlord with Kingsleigh estates has been shocking, I would advise every landlord to avoid them.
Kingsleigh was given the opportunity to advertise my property on a finders fee basis only, 3 men viewed and wanted the property. Kingsleigh then started to ask for further fees additional to those agreed and signed for. I refused to pay anything further.
They wanted to see the contract I was due to issue, which was emailed across, I had missed a clause in the contract which is no longer applicable due to changes in the law. I said shall edit it or do you want to amend for quickness. The reply was we prefer to use our own contract. (Btw this is a standard contract pulled from a landlord insurance site).
Oh even told what deposit scheme to use !
I had HMRC compliancy laws mentioned and fines, which is ridiculous considering it is a finders fee, they have my name, home address, proof of I.D. ( which covered their compliance). It was scare tactics to gain a further fee.
I'm so annoyed I have turned away prospective tenants because I thought the property had tenants secured.
Did the tenants even exist? Those poor guys will think I left them high and dry. When the paperwork was signed and it was time for the details to be handed over why try and get more money out of the landlord?
Like most landlords we are busy people and need professional services carry out the instructions given and agreed upon. There is no time to read emails talking waffle. Not all landlords are rogue, the majority are normal busy working people trying to rent their property, they comply to all legislation, compliance and are educated enough to understand what is required.
Unprofessionalism at its finest
An so the saga continues, how can you believe you are acting professionally. You are still saying half truths. You are the ones who cold contacted me, email after email soliciting my business.

The hipocrisy of your reply is astounding, have you no shame !
I have uploaded the conversation photos, not once did you say the contract would be supplied in the original quoted fee until you were walking away (photo 3). Instead you were trying to charge further fees. (photo 2). Photo 1 is the original quote which conicidently did not mention £350 + Vat but I let that slide. I can put the entire dialogue up if needed!
My contract did have a mistake in it, after taking the time to edit the original document it looks like I sent you the incorrect one. Silly mistake which could of been easily rectified, I told you I was in meetings all day and would correct it at lunch, it was the only gap I had, I offered you the chance to remove the clauses your end to speed up the process. The easiest answer would of been yes ok, change it and send it straight back at lunch time. SORTED. One simple reply !! Or I will delete the clauses and arrange the holding deposit promptly.
My replies were in the back of a half read emails with me saying to you I want this completed that day as I have other interested parties.
Why was that so difficult, I reiterate, did the tenants actually exist? Was a spun a merry dance? I believe so.
It is a shame one member of staff is tainting the rest. Why have staff like this who do not know when to keep quiet.
