14th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)The company is well-established and has an all-round service to offer. Mise has recently helped us with winding up our tenant's letting and was most helpful in the advice she gave and the actions she took on our behalf. All contact was friendly and prompt. We would recommend her services without hesitation.
20th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Always had prompt and polite service from Palmers and Partners.
I would say that as property agents they go the extra mile and keep their clients best interests at heart.
I would not hesitate to recommend all of the staff there fir their attention to detail and efficiency.
Miss S. J. Green.
24th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Many thanks to Kayleigh and the "A" Team at the Manningtree branch for their time and expertise. Their proactive approach meant our property sale completed in record time and with minimal stress. Would recommend in a heartbeat
17th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)After lots of research into which estate agent to choose, Jackson-Stops came out on top, and they haven’t disappointed throughout the entire process.
A special thank you to Rob, who has been absolutely brilliant — professional, diligent and kind. He responds promptly, keeps us fully informed at every step, and his calm approach and wisdom have been greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Rob — you’re a superstar! Highly recommend Jackson-Stops.
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)At the start, our experience with Saxons was fine. They communicated well with us and regularly asked us for documents and information, which we provided. However, since paying the holding fee, the communication has completely changed. Over the last month, we have repeatedly tried contacting them by email and phone with normal questions, but have been ignored. I have emailed over five times and still haven’t received a response. The person we were originally dealing with is also no longer available on WhatsApp, so we have been left unsure who we can actually contact. We have all signed our rental contracts, yet our portal still says, “We cannot take payment until all parties have signed the rental contract.” We have contacted Saxons about this and still haven’t received a response or explanation. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because communication was good at the beginning. Unfortunately, recently it feels like they want nothing to do with us, which is extremely frustrating and disappointing
22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Excellent service.Daniel Morgan was very attentive and dealt promptly with our successful tenancy application. Would highly recommend.

Additionally, they were always available to answer queries, explain the process and give support at all times. My special thanks to Sam, who was positive, cheerful and worked calmly and efficiently throughout.
A big thankyou to all the receptionists and staff.
Ann Barnes

The Old Fruit Shop, 5a Brook Street, Manningtree , CO11 1DJ(103 reviews)
4th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Just want to say a massive thank you to both Holly and Nick. They have been absolutely fantastic and have really helped with our purchase of our house. They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. They are genuinely lovely people! Thank you both again for everything!
4th Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)They lie on their moving in and moving out checks - take a video with you.
Also they make you feel obliged to give good Internet reviews for them.
I'll never forget the 2 years they spent trying to get my brother to pay for an iron mark which was on the carpet when he moved in.
Another house, I left a new washing machine behind, which they charged a £100 disposal fee for. When I said I'd collect it myself they said it was OK to leave!
Very low moral standards of all the staff here
16th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Grace Estate Agents were recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed with the help they gave us while selling our house. Tara and her team were very professional and helpful with every aspect of the process and we can't thank them enough for all they done for us.
I would not hesitate to recommend Grace's to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
22nd Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Huge thanks to Richard, Elliot and Rachele, who are all deserving of praise for their help in getting our sale over the line. Despite various setbacks they were always positive and helpful, and when it came to the final critical steps they really went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through. Things aren't always plain sailing when it comes to moving house, and that's when you appreciate having a team like this on your side. Thank you.
15th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)We used Potters to sell our house in Manningtree. Brad came out to our house and was so knowledgeable, gave us fantastic advice and had obviously done his homework on the area. Brad gave us regular updates without us having to ever call him and we really felt like he was 'on it' and on our side. I can't thank the team at Potters enough for all of their hard work and we would not hesitate to use them again!
