8th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)The apartment was moved to another estate agent after 6 months as the buyers were not able to complete on their offers. I feel the listing was not properly promoted soon enough after the warning signs from failing buyers was evident. The home could have sold sooner at a lower price point but information about the state of the market was not made clear for to me to make an informed decision earlier.

9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a viewing arranged for today and after 10 minutes waiting at the property I decided to call the agency, I was told to give them a moment to call me back, after couple of minutes one of the agents told me the property was not available anymore and they just forgot to cancel the viewing or to mention it in advance. Very unprofessional.
10th Mar 2017 (9 years ago)I found my current flat with Harmens on Zoopla. Everything was too good to be true. I wanted to check the reviews, but the reviews were 1-star or so. I met them in person; they were nice and I wanted to trust them. Finally, I signed the contract. They are actually really really good. If you like one of their flats, I'd say, go for it.
24th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

1st Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I am happy to talk about my experience with Hunters. Michael Silk and Sam Jamani are exceptionally helpful , wonderful and professional. I must give credits to Michael who stood by me when I had a gas leak , called the gas company and stayed up to midnight sorting out the problem.. He also chased them to finish the job completely. It is very important to have reliable people especially I am living abroad Michael and Sam helped me to find an excellent tenant and they were professional , patient and take the calls outside their business hours. All the respect to you. Most appreciated.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

3rd Oct 2026 (29 days ago)I instructed Butlers to act for the sale of my 90yr. old sister-in-laws house and wow what an experience. Hayleigh was absolutely brilliant. A buyer was found within the first few weeks and Hayleigh went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible for my sister-in-law who became very confused with the moving process. Hayleigh was always there for her and keep me informed as I lived 2hrs away. I can't thank Haleigh and her team enough for all they have done. I would highly recommend Butlers to anybody who wants the best experience selling their property, they are fantastic.
