1st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.

Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. 20th Jun 2025 (11 mo. ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent

We dealt with other estate agents in our buying process who left a lot to be desired to say the least and showed the vast gulf in class between local everyday operators and Eliza.
