1st Aug 2022 (4 years ago)I dealt with Berkley estate agents when I was considering selling my property. I needed advice and a valuation. The service and the advice I received was excellent and hassle free. Unlike other estate agents who have either not got back to me, took the wrong details down. Once I have decided what to do I will go straight to Berkle.
4th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)We have used Waters and Co for many years now — from buying our first home in 2003, to wills and house deeds, and very sadly settling my Mom’s estate after her passing in 2020. Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. Thank you for all your hard work and for helping us through some of the highs and lows of life. ?????? Julia&Matt

20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Valuation was good. Did not seem to be proactive enough. Two people were interested but Martin and Co did not come back to them. All they suggested was lowering the price. We eventually sold for full ask at the original price via new agent

20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

28th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Awful! They never vetted the tenant they put into our property. He had no landlord references, he said he previosly had a mortgage, think he still had a mortgage. Up Estates criteria for checking tennants fell well short. He certainly could not and did not pay his rent. Don't use Up Estated.The staff are just good talkers and are actually really annoying. I would never use Up Estates and would certainly not recommend them. There are much better companies, you may pay a bit more, but it will be worth it. AVOID Up Estates!!
