I have appreciated all the support that I have been given as I do not live in the area and relied completely on their services. All admin, selection process was handled very efficiently. I would highly recommend using the services of Tahmina and her team at Connells for letting your property.

If considering Selling/Purchasing or Letting then please do consider them as I have had the pleasant experience of working with them.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, and have made us feel like valued customers. In what could be considered quite a daunting process, DB Roberts do their best to make the whole procedure as stress free as possible for you.

Her knowledge of the local market and how best to market the property helped to sell it within 3 weeks of it going on the market. I found her helpful and willing to take my views on board. She was quick to respond to any communication and kept me very well informed about the progress of the marketing and sale. I would recommend her to any other potential seller.

We felt the house was accurately priced however one viewing leaves us wondering about the marketing quality as other houses similar to our last in the area had sold. On a personal note the agent we dealt with was friendly, helpful and answered any questions swiftly.

Mark was very accommodating and even met with us to help measure the property once we were selected as tenants. The move in process was really smooth and easy, both Mark and Josh were informative and willing to help with all of our queries. We were very happy with the support Dixons gave us.

When we first viewed the property in question we were greeted by Katie with a lovely welcoming smile, and a professional handshake, which was so pleasant! Throughout our process with this property we have had nothing but excellent service from the apprentice Katie. She has been amazing with us. She always kept us in the loop at every single stage of our tenancy application with a simple phone call, her dedication for her clients is unmeasurable, our experience with Connells has been so easy for us with this property. Not to mention after the years of renting prior to this, we have never had such a professional, easy application process like this before. Katie went above and beyond for us the entire time and we are so grateful. When we arrived to collect our keys for our move in date, Katie completed all of the necessary requirements quickly and we were given a move in hamper!! Filled with lots of goodies for us and our new home. Katie is an absolute CREDIT to Connells in Stourbridge, her professionalism and duty of care for her clients is second to none, that good that I never even knew she was an apprentice until i saw it on her email when we moved in! She is an asset to Connells! Thankyou for everything Katie, we appreciate everything you have done for us and we are nice and settled now in our beautiful home! Millie x

Richard was worth every penny and I would recommend Gilbert Scott to anyone. We ended up moving house to a completely different area but Richard was on hand regardless of the problem. Whether it was Richards role or not, he would help out in anyway he could and was contactable at all times throughout the day. From the very beginning where Richard took expert photographs of our house right through to moving day, Richard had everything under control and ensured everything ran smoothly. Couldn't think of a single negative, 10/10!

Right from the time and attention they gave to the initial valuation, taking the photographs to putting the house on the market. They provided regular updates and were always quick to respond.

Stan and team updated us on progress throughout the process and liaised with our solicitors and the buyers solicitors seamlessly.
