Unfortunately the house hat to be sold for a lot less than expected as the market was not very fluid. At least a buyer was found very quickly and we bought the bungalow we wanted at a small discount from the asking price.
20th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Lack of communication, had to chase them for things to be done, lack of professionalism. I consider the three months the property was for sale with them was three months wasted. Property is now under offer with another agent within 3 days of being listed. Enough said …….

1st Dec 2025 (9 mo. ago)I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency. When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months. Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute. Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.
18th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)Outstanding service from Diamond and the team at Lion Wolf I cannot recommend Lion Wolf highly enough, and in particular I want to recognise Diamond, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the sale of our mother’s property. This was not a straightforward sale. It was a complex probate transaction, involving a number of additional requirements and, ultimately, a lengthy process before we were finally able to complete. Throughout all of this, Diamond remained incredibly professional, patient, proactive and committed to getting the sale over the line. What really stood out was the communication. Diamond was always available when we needed him, answered his phone, returned calls and responded to emails quickly. Even when there were delays and complications outside of his control, he kept us informed, chased the relevant people and continually pushed the transaction forward. We never felt that we were left wondering what was happening. He went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He took genuine ownership of the process, kept communication going between the different parties and was always prepared to step in and chase things when progress was slowing down. Selling a family home following a bereavement is never easy, and having someone as professional, approachable and reliable as Diamond handling the sale made a significant difference. He understood the circumstances, dealt with everything sensitively and professionally, and remained completely focused on achieving the completion. Even when the sale became particularly challenging towards the end, Diamond continued to work extremely hard to keep everyone moving in the right direction. His level of commitment and communication throughout the entire process was hugely appreciated by all of us. Diamond is a credit to Lion Wolf. His professionalism, responsiveness, determination and personal approach are exactly what you want from an estate agent, particularly when dealing with a complicated sale. If you are considering selling a property, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lion Wolf and especially Diamond. We have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, and the level of service we received here really stood out. Thank you, Diamond, for everything you did to get us through the process and finally over the line. It was genuinely appreciated. Highly recommended.

7th Oct 2017 (8 years ago)Steer clear of this company if you actually want your accounts done properly. They messed up my payslips and failed to do VAT returns properly - communication is also poor and they have no online accounting service (like QuickBooks) for you to view your accounts or any of the book-keeping. Half of the time they do not know what they are doing and I found myself having to chase them up for any and everything!
