20th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I recently sold my property through Knight Frank Edinburgh, the service was flawless from start to finish, and the attention to detail throughout, ensured a stress free experience.
13th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)We have just purchased a house in the Borders and VMH Solicitors have been very helpful and professional. They have dealt with all our queries promptly, efficiently and with clarity. Their fees seemed very reasonable considering all the work involved.
13th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Good communication throughout the process
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thank you to Claire & team for your help and advice selling our property. You were always quick to respond to any of my questions (of which there were many). All now complete, and we're thankful for your services.
20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I have now worked with Strutt and Parker twice, first when purchasing my home last year and more recently when selling a family property. On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.
19th Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Friendly and experienced. Lauren and Joanne at their Biggar office went the extra mile when my sale hit a bump in the road due to a problem in my buyers chain. Highly recommended.
18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Great experience with Karen in particular - wonderful attention to detail and very caring and empathetic too. Very happy with the service provided.
7th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Having recently completed selling my house with Cullen Kilshaw, Peebles office, many thanks for a great service from everyone. And particularly to Imogen and Morag, who both kept in touch consistently, updated me throughout the process and were available to answer questions quickly. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended if looking to market your home.

12th Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Horrible agency, especially the agent's attitude when calling them. Faked the inventory report when I moved in, everything is a mess when I moved in.
