9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)We couldn’t recommend Jean Hennigan’s Properties highly enough. Their approach is refreshingly different from your typical estate agent, offering genuine advice and a consultative, personal service without ever feeling pushy. Sam and Anne have been fantastic throughout, making the whole experience feel straightforward and stress free. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. 100% recommend! Connor & Charlotte

28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a great experience selling our property with Christopher Stokes. Jon and the team were in consistent communication and quick to give feedback and guidance. The team also did a great job with our online listing, looking at our advert we nearly put a bid in on ourselves. Much thanks to the entire team.
11th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Excellent service from start to finish. Gail in the sales team was fantastic — professional, helpful and always kept us well informed throughout the process. Communication was excellent, and we really appreciated the support and guidance along the way. Highly recommend!
10th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointed from the service provided you can't make it up. Went to view a property last Saturday, the estate agent couldn't open the door so we had to leave. Then the office sent us a text two days later asking if we liked the property. How can we like a property we were unable to enter and how do you not know this happened. So unprofessional clearly no communication and I think the worst part was no one apologised! So poor.
10th May 2025 (1 year ago)Extremely slow and slightly behind the times

20th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Found the guys at Hunters to be helpful and very professional, Mitchell Langan
19th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)Awful experience. Lack of communication, lying to prospective buyers. Late and unprofessional with viewings, staged false viewings, just couldn’t be bothered. As for professional standards, brochure was a disaster of poor photos, false information, website never updated and a contract which equated to a scribbled mess if I’m honest. Altogether a dreadful experience that cost us both in time and financially. They admitted truth but no apology. Wish we had never trusted them. Maybe they have become too complacent and need to retire. All staff are incompetent and that comes from the top.

14th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Quite possibly the worst experience of buying and/or selling anything in my life. They are vague, bullying and uncaring. We encountered so much dishonesty, insulting/rude behaviour and general pitfalls and grey areas that would never happen with any company of even modest repute. AVOID at all costs.

28th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)The Rainbow Team at Waltham Abbey, lead by Rebecca, are very friendly and professional. Have both bought and sold with Rainbow and would highly recommend.
6th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Andrea Banks has been exceptionally helpful- she is very knowledgeable
19th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Initial sale was quick but it stalled for months, mainly due to solicitors lacking focus on both sides. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line

21st Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent Service from Matt We had an absolutely brilliant experience with Matt! He’s genuinely the best salesperson we’ve met so far. He was incredibly well-prepared, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, making the whole viewing a pleasure. His presentation of the house was outstanding, and his attention to detail, enthusiasm, and approachable manner really set him apart. He made a fantastic impression on us and went above and beyond our expectations. Matt is a real credit to his team and the company. We can’t praise him highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you, Matt, for such a positive experience!
