Having recently purchased a property through Lee, I wanted to acknowledge the excellent job he did throughout.<br><br>Communication is everything in this profession and Lee consistently kept everyone informed, responded promptly, and worked hard to overcome the inevitable hurdles that arise during a move. He remained calm, approachable and proactive from start to finish, which made a genuine difference.<br><br>As competitors, we’re all quick enough to criticise poor service when we see it, so it’s equally important to recognise excellence when it’s deserved. Whether sharing his latest golfing or family anecdotes or diving into the nitty-gritty of contracts and small print, James has a gift for putting people at ease while ensuring clarity and precision. From our experience, one of the biggest stumbling blocks in negotiations is when parties are not fully aligned before a conversation takes place. James acts as the backdrop and container for these discussions, making sure that everyone is brought onto the same page. He keeps the conversation on track with seemingly little effort, and his ability to read situations and explain things clearly is invaluable. James’s approach is solution-focused, pragmatic, and fair. If he doesn’t immediately know the answer, he finds out quickly and comes straight back to you. What’s particularly impressive is his ethos: he seems to recognise that if one party loses, everyone does — so he works creatively to ensure the outcome benefits all sides. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.
