From viewing the property to application and signing of tenancy was just over a week, and they had me moved in within two weeks of initially viewing the property! They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I was quite nervous at the outset about selling a small residential property, but I would strongly recommend the team for any property sale.

Tristan and Shauna were incredibly supportive from start to finish—always happy to book viewings whenever we needed them and spending plenty of time with us at the property so we never felt rushed or pressured. They also gave us great guidance when it came to making our offers, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We have now completed and got the keys, and we’re extremely grateful for all their help throughout the process. Their dedication, patience, and communication made a huge difference during what can be a stressful time. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Welden Edwards.
