I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

JF not upto the job told lies, half truths when looking for help & support when losing a love one. Recommended going to Auction, did very little to support, yet they got £6500 for doing very little & other member of staff were not upfront about cost. Sorry from my experience would recommend Fulfords Cowick Street Exeter ????????????
1st Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Nick Jane and Emma Dark managed our sale. Savills’ fee was very competitive. Nick and Jane and their team were excellent, communicating at all points, constantly on top of events, making sure that all parties in our chain of 5 (!) properties worked at speed and together. We’ve moved a number of times, but this is the best experience we have had with estate agents. I have no hesitation in recommending the Savills Exeter team.
19th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Gibbins Richards in Wellington have been the most amazing Estate Agents whilst selling my house. Their enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail are second to none. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped and encouraged every step of the way in what proved to be quite a complex transaction with a difficult buyer. I cannot praise them highly enough - definitely recommended for anyone selling or buying.

29th Jul 2026 (5 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Tom and his team.

22nd Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Following a very protracted sale of our much-loved Somerset family home of nearly 50 years, during a very difficult market, at the top of a chain, high praise firstly to Brian Bishop and, later to Marcus Browne. The whole Taunton J-S team acted with great professionalism, calm and thoroughness. Always quickly responsive to phone calls and emails. Very sensitive, diplomatic and caring in what was an extremely demanding scenario.<br><br>Crucially, the chain management was outstanding with constant attention to what was happening further back.<br><br>Marcus went above and beyond to achieve the goal. Can't give enough praise to him.<br><br>J-S Cheeky Bricks podcasts every 2 weeks - EXCELLENT information very well-presented and fun to listen to. Listen to all of them! I can't remember which one it is but an early episode concerns choosing an agent to sell your property - a MUST! It's worth doing your homework at the outset.

They also gave us great guidance when it came to making our offers, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. I always felt listened to and their communication was second to none. In particular, Angela and Norbert stood out as providing exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend them!
